As long as I have been on this planet, you’d think I’d be an expert at going to sleep already, but that is just not the case. It is way too hard for me to settle down and go to bed, and once I get there, I usually lay there and toss and turn for hours, not getting any sleep.The Harkla Sensory Compression Sheet is simply amazing, and has made going to bed, something for me to look forward to.I am using a 15lb, weighted blanket alongside the compression sheet, and it is a really powerful combination. Before I got the sheet, I was using 2, 15lb blankets for a total of 30lbs, and I’m only 112lbs! That’s unhealthy for my body and I was waking up with sore joints. Now that I have the compression sheet, I was able to go back to using a weighted blanket that was more appropriate for my body weight, and increase the amount of gentle and even pressure all over my body.I am also using a 3”, memory foam mattress topper on my twin bed. Getting the sheet on wasn’t difficult at all.The compression sheet feels absolutely amazing, and I’ve never felt anything like it before. It’s such a snug, comforting feeling. It truly does feel like a hug all over my body. I love the stretchiness of the material, it eases my anxiety and satisfies my sensory seeking needs. It also feels nice and cool and breathable, I can’t wait to see how it performs on the hottest of summer days. I like how it is open at the bottom so your feet can stick out. I also sleep with a small fan at my feet, and the sheet kind of acts like a wind tunnel, cooling my entire body. I love this thing! I going have to get another one for a backup. I can’t keep this sheet a secret anymore, I love it so much and it’s totally a game changer. And the amount of quality sleep I am able to get, is well worth the investment!! I have to share this with all my friends and let them know what they’re missing out on.I am a new Harkla customer, and I will be returning!!Edit: 3 months later, we’re now in the summer months, and my compression sheet has lost it’s elasticity. It just kind’ve feels like a loose sheet on the bed. Also, I think they could improve this sheet by making the bottom more closed, but still open so my feet can stick out or get some air. It feels too open and loose down there.

Our son is autistic and loves sensory things. He loves the sensation of being hugged. It’s not super easy to get on, but once on it’s great.

My son has sensory issues and loves deep pressure. He kept waking up and sleeping on the floor and getting up early. We didn’t know if it was a toddler phase or sensory issues. This sheet solved all of it, he stays in bed all night so long as we tuck him into it at bed time, falls asleep quickly and sleeps to a reasonable hour. This is a nice quality item too, I think it’ll last and the dark blue goes with his room. Highly recommend!

This product is wonderfully made and it really was able to give the sensation of a weighted blanket without the weight. My only issues are that it made sleeping REALLY chilly! I usually sleep hot, so I keep my room pretty cool at night and use a fan. Even with the use of a thermal blanket and turning up the temperature, I was chilly. It's why I've eventually gone back to my weighted blanket.Another issue I had was it was too short for my 6ft tall self. When I slept, my feet suck out (which is part of the design) but the sheet wouldn't go up past my chest area. I really would've liked it to at least go to my shoulders. If you could offer tall versions in the future, that might be a great option for us tall people!

My son has dual sensory impairment and we haven’t had a normal sleep pattern for a couple of years. His sleep doctor has been suggesting this product for a year. Even with a bedtime routine starting at 9pm he’ll actually fall asleep at 6am many days so I was skeptical. The first night my son didn’t know what to do with this product (play with it, pull it, lay on top of it). About 15 minutes after his bath I checked on him. My child was curled up under the sheet fast asleep!! I thought something was wrong with him. I almost woke him up to check for breathing. He was just fine!! I checked later and he was hanging off the side of the bed in it...still just fine... and asleep. The second night he knew what to do and things went more smooth. We’ve had the compression sheet for about a week now and even if my son had a late nap and can’t fall asleep right away he stays in bed for the most part only up for bathroom and water, not up playing. This product is amazing! The material is durable, not flemsy at all. I think we’ll outgrow it before it wears out.FYI—his mattress is 8 inches thick and putting the sheet on takes a little time and muscle much like a compression sock. It gets easier with practice. After one wash it seems like the compression remained the same.I wish I had gotten this sooner.

My daughters really like this sheet. It's hard to get on, but not impossible and if we're easy to get on, it probably would not give the compression. One of my daughters would not go to sleep by herself, and now she will (which makes the hard to get on the bed factor totally worth it). It has a nice thickness, feel, and seems well made.

It’s light and breathable material. Easy to put on the mattress. This was recommended by an occupational therapist to us. My son likes to use the compression sheet for a couple of hours then transition to a comforter.

Best buy! Our autistic son is 10 and I wish I would have known about this sheet sooner. He sleeps through the night and wakes up so happy. He loves the light constant pressure and the sheet is so soft, comfortable and even stays cool. No problems with going to bed at bedtime. He often just plays in his room underneath the sheet watching his Ipad! Would love to try this in a twin sheet.

My son has SPD and struggles at night going to sleep. But this compression sheet is a blessing. He absolutely loves the feeling and explained that he feels safe and eases him to sleep.

These sheets give the same result as a weighted blanket, but without the warmth. They also do not constrict my child and move quite easily. Very happy!

After declining sleep quality and quantity for 6 months we tried almost everything, medicated and non-medicated for our 12-year-old, and failing we needed some kind of sleep solution. After working with a psychologist we realized he is a big sensory seeker and so we opted to try these sheets. They work like a charm. He relaxes almost instantly upon tucking into them and will sleep well, alone, for a solid 10-11 hours. If weighted blankets have failed or stopped working for your child, give these a go!

I don’t think it helps with my kids sleep quality yet. We have used it 3 days and according to their watches, their sleep quality is about the same. They are nice smooth feeling sheets and I mainly purchased them for my asd kid but my other one wanted to try as well so I got 2. At the minimum, it’s a good way to keep kids from falling out of bed (which one of mine does regularly). I didn’t find it hard to put on
