I love these charcoal water purifiers: had had enough of all the plastic waste from the usual Brita (and other) walter filters. These are totally eco, and you can sign up to receive reminders from Kuro-Bo to reactivate monthly. The water tastes good. And then, once they're finished as water purifiers you can use the charcoal around the house for other purposes.

It does improve water taste, especially from chlorine. After one hour you can already taste the difference

However, the water always has slightly odd taste in my opinion.I finally decided to have a go on this binchotan charcoal filter sticks. Wow...The water taste is really good, a "clean" taste, and refreshing.I live in flat among many flats in a block building. So the water taste worse than any individual house water. However, by using this charcoal filter stick, the water actually turns into really good taste!!Also I can leave water overnight or over a few hours, and it still taste clean and refreshing.Easy to recharge the filter just by boiling it for 10 minutes each month. And you can use it for 3 months or longer. And after these months, I use them as a dehumidifier, place them in my wardrobe or storage boxes, to keep the moisture away.It may seem costs a bit at the beginning when purchasing, however it lasts for a long term and definitely works out cheaper than using those monthly replacement filter jug.

Ero titubante perché temevo la fregatura ma funziona davvero! Il sapore dell’acqua è cambiato molto e resta molto meno calcare nelle pentole!
