Works Like A Charm
This stuff is a miracle liquid! During installation of my new flooring with Bostik glue, we managed to dribble and track it everywhere! Mineral spirits just didn’t cut it. Two weeks after installation and glue was dry. We used it today and the glue came up so easily. We just rubbed with a cloth and up it came. We did not need to let it sit on it at all but bits that did get a little soak time definitely came up easier. As others have said, it does leave a wee bit of an oily residue, but I just mopped afterwards with hot soapy water and we are good to go. :) One downfall was the way it was packaged for delivery...it had leaked through the interior ziplock bag (that had also been taped shut) out through to the exterior of the envelope. A significant amount of the product was at the bottom of the bag. It must have been hit or squeezed really hard in transit as the protective seal under the cap had a hole which is where it was leaking from.

Cleans up urethane glue like nothing else
THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!!! I installed an engineered floor using some pretty heavy duty urethane glue and got a few blobs of it here and there. I tried all kinds of other products to clean it off and lots of effort to no avail. But with this stuff, it just came right off immediately and easily leaving a beautiful as-new finish on the surface I cleaned it from.

Works but wow was it a lot of work
I built a new house and put down Engineered hardwood floors from a company called Shaw hardwood flooring. The product I selected used Bostik glue to hold the planks in place. I had the contractor install the floor, because I have no experience with installations. One guy was installing the floor and the rest of the construction crew walked on the floor and tracked the glue EVERYWHERE. It was a total mess; the floor did not look good at all. I bought a 10 pack of 3M sponges to apply the adhesive remover with, I used a plastic razor blade to scrape, a nylon brush on the sections that had grain that held the glue deep in a groove. I also purchased a box of Black Nitrile chemical resistant gloves. It took a lot of elbow grease, scrubbing with the sponge in one hand, scraping with the razor in the other, and following that up with a clean dry towel to wipe it clean after. The product definitely works, but it does leave an oily residue behind, Afterwards, I filled a bucket with warm water and a little bit of dawn dishwashing soap and wiped the room down with a sponge mop. I did not saturate the floor, just wiped it clear of the oily residue. Two rooms that are 8x10 took me 3.5 hours to do. I used 1 sponge in each room and one plastic razor blade in each room. I went through about 10 pairs of gloves, The chemical in the cleaner breaks down the gloves pretty quickly. You don't want to do this barehanded. One last thing.... knee pads, you need knee pads, your on your hands and knees the whole time.

Are you in tears with the installer getting glue all over your brand new floors like I was? This is the stuff to get and I'll tell you house to use it: We had glue EVERYWHERE, the simple answer of 'use a putty knife' was not going to do the trick, we had glue in all the little crevices of our engineered white oak. So this is what to do-- 1. Order this-- get two for your sanity. 2. Get all other materials, some heavy duty latex gloves, plastic putty knife (get a pack of a few), basic kitchen sponges, some rags, and MOST IMPORTANTLY a nylon brissell scrub brush with a handle. *This will take you hours, literally hours and multiple days, but it will come up. 3. Once this arrives clean the surface, vacuum it all well so you can just keep moving once you get in the groove. 4. Pick a spot and work intentionally in a line from one end to the other-- wearing your gloves, spread a thin layer on a small cube size area with the kitchen sponge, hang tight for a minute but it doesn't have to sit for as long as you think. Start with the putty knife and scrape any big bits up, get in between the board with the putty knife as well. Have a wet rag next to you to discard the glue that comes up. Next, the nylon brush, use this to scrape the excess glue that has sunk into the crevices or extra left between the boards. Wipe with a damp rag and move to your next cube of a section making a line across your room. It's slow but methodical, IT WILL WORK and the glue WILL come up, it just takes time. The nylon brush really is the secret sauce in this equation, with manufactured floors the good news is they're meant to be tough and you can scrub pretty hard with no surface or finish wear (really!) After your done with a decent chunk of space use a bona with warm water and dish soap to wipe the excess away-- Honestly, you'll have the brand new floors you were expecting. Oh, and get a comfy pillow for your knees! Best of luck, you've got this!

For Floor glue this is the best product out there
We had a glue down wood floor installed. Installers made a real mess. The glue was everywhere. Called the glue manufacturer in Canada directly. They have no remover for their own product and referred me to amazon for this one. I ordered 3 bottles and cleaned up 1,000 sq ft with only one. This product is insanely good on cured glue. Let it sit on it for five minutes and your life will be a lot easier. Afte using on wood floor you will have a slightly oily residue. Use one cup vinegar to gallon of water and it will clean up well.

Did not remove the glue used to install Cali bamboo floors
We bought this product to remove the glue left over after installing Cali bamboo floors in our master bedroom. It did not help at all and it did leave an oily residue. We found that a dry magic eraser did the trick. The product might be good for other purposes.
