Evolution Power Tools R355CPS Multi-Material Chop Saw, 355 mm (230 V)

Excellent chop saw, Powerful motor and smooth clean cuts. Esaily cuts through block of wood at 5 inch (130mm) square, even with nails/screws in it. Cuts plastic pipes perfectly. Not yet tried to cut any metal or aluminium with it (but my mitre saw of the same make cuts metal/aluminium well enough up to 4mm thick) All this with the same blade. After i first bought one of these some 25 years ago, i have never been without one and would not buy any other make.

Doesn’t cut perfectly straight, blew an extension lead up. Otherwise absolutely worth the money.

Good design, great Blades. clamp a bit under strength but very usable. Speedy en clean safe cuts.

Excellent saw , I did buy a steel only cutting blade for this as I've got a big job on cutting loads if mild steel , I want to keep the original blade for multi materials , but a great bit if kit... I also have other Evolution tools... all good

Very good machine

Bought this to cut angles in metal trims and it does that really well. It also cuts pretty much anything as I've discovered! Really good for chopping through wooden pallet pieces without fear of hitting nails for example. Also makes lovely square cuts on 110mm waste pipe without cracking or splintering. Cuts through aluminum like butter and mild steel with no fuss either. Minimal sparks unlike grinding / chop saws. The negatives are small, the vice isn't what you'd call precision, so make sure you have an angle gauge if you want nice miters! The other thing is that getting a good line of sight to the exact cutting position isn't easy due to the large blade guard, but you get used it it.

Die Maschine macht eigentlich alles klein und das schnell und mit wenig Kraftaufwand. Besonders gut für dünnwandige Rohrkonstruktionen, bei denen sich Bügel- und langsamlaufende Kreissägen schwer tun. Schutzbrille und Gehörschutz erforderlich, Späne fliegen recht weit. Träge Absicherung nötig, hoher Anlaufstrom. Da in GB gekauft, braucht man einen Adapter-Stecker. Verkäufer hat zuverlässig und früher, als angekündigt, geliefert.

Richtig schöne Maschine. Sehr Kraftvoll, viele Einstellmöglichkeiten. Äußerst robust.

Leider war ein Amerikanischer Stecher verbaut musste auf Eurostecker umgeklemmt werden. Sägeblatt nicht Optimal für Stahl. Winkeleinstellung sollte zumindestens bei 45° einrasten.

Gestern habe ich die Maschine erstmals getestet. Beim Schneiden vibriert das Sägeblatt links und rechts( besonders beim ernsten Kontakt von Sägeblatt mit Metall) . Dadurch ist der Schnitt nicht sauber. Ich weiß nicht ob das an die Maschine oder an das Sägeblatt liegt. Ich habe kein Weg gefunden den Verkäufer zu kontaktieren. Deswegen schreibe ich hier, und es gibt noch nur 2 Sterne Bewertung. Ich warte bis der Verkäufer sich gemeldet hat. Anbei Video und Fotos.

Wir hatten diese sage gekauft um in unserer Scheune eine kleine Partybude zu bauen. 16er und 12 Kanthölzer die noch auf Lange gebracht werden müssten. Die Maschine hat Power, ist dafür auch grundsätzlich gut geeignet, leider hat sie nach längerer Beanspruchung den Dienst quittiert. Im Nachgang haben wir festgestellt das im Balken ein Ast drin war, das war scheinbar zuviel. Danach ging nichts mehr.ging entsprechend zurück. Achtung Nutzung in der EU nur mit Adapter für den Stromstecker möglich. Sie hat einen englischen ab Werk ist so in der EU also nicht nurzbar
