This stuff is like magic.
Learned about this product from Jon Peters on YouTube (I’m a big fan and have leveraged his designs for several projects)Simply put, outstanding. Getting a factory finish has always been a challenge. Fighting the little “nubs” was a never ending battle. This stuff is like magic...smooth as silk finish is now the norm.I’d strongly recommend anyone facing the same challenges give this a try, you’ll be a fan for life.

A Fine Finishing Product For Final Preparation
Frankly I had never heard of this product until I researched finishing a poly finishing satin using very fine steel wool while using wool lube. This product is thick, so adding water along the way helps. It did a tremendous job, is easy to clean up (water), and I plan to use it as a general product to prepare surfaces for refurbishing. This is a great product.

Save your money
I'm a big fan of Behlen finishing products but I think this is just water and Murphy's Soap. I ended up not using it.

A little goes a looonnngggggggggggggggg way.
I used this to help me buff out a contaminated finish on a large dining table. I started with 220 grit paper and worked up to 1200 grit using dawn and water as my lubricant. Then I switched over to the Wool Lube and 4 aught ( 0000 ) steel wool. This product worked great at helping me to bring the table to a good low lustre shine with few , if any, visible scratch marks.I still have plenty left too. It is a very thick oil and it took very little to get the job done, even on this large of a table. As a final step, I added two coat of wax and then buffed. All in all, a VERY time consuming process but the results speak for themselves.( SEE ATTACHED PICS )

Wool-Lube helped do the job I needed none
Wool-Lube did the job I needed when restoring a baby grand piano recently. I did the work in my garage so my options were limited as to doing the finishing, no spraying. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Quality Behlen product
Very pleased with this product. Works well with steel wool as well as wet-dry sandpaper. With sandpaper, you don't get as much loading as you do with water.
