Mine won't charge from the AC adapter, but will (slowly) from the microUSB port
Still haven't decided whether, at this price (bought as a reconditioned unit), it's worth returning. It just doesn't charge as fast as it's supposed to because the barrel-type power input does not show that the AC adapter is even plugged in (I tested the AC adapter with a multimeter; that's not the problem).The screen is bright and clear enough for its intended purpose... to display lead sheets (lyrics & chords) while on stage, for one of our vocalists. I've been using iPad mini II's myself, and the difference in fit and finish between a $200 iPad and a $60 Android is not a surprise -- I still probably feel like it was a good deal.

Good tablet but it's not the Viking Pro it's just the simple Viking 10 tablet. No full USB port
This is a great tablet, but it is not the Viking pro model it's just the simple Viking 10. The screen is really bright even if you configurate the brightness at the lowest level. The speaker is poor and volume is low, so avoid using it in noisy area. It comes in the original packaging, product is like new. It lacks the Full USB, port and the mini HDMI port you might see on the reviews as it is only a simple Viking tablet and not the Viking Pro tablet they say in the description. Sometime it slows down but the system runs good enough to enjoy it.

Very basic no frills
Good price. Very basic tab that doesn't support USB cable, screen resolution is low at highest setting. Volume is extremely low. Has WiFi but can't seem to find a location tab or button anywhere. Purchased for elderly. Great accessibility options. Brilliant colors with great keyboard.May work well for basic user(email, apps, word processing) but for video apps(YouTube, Netflix, Facebook, etc).... I recommend paying more for a higher quality model better equipped to handle social media.

Slow!!
It seemed to take forever to download even email! Plus mine had a light area on the screen on the right side which made me think something was wrong with it. I have an RCA small win 10 computer which works great, but not this tablet.

I feel scammed and cheated
Has no volume buttons. Apps chug along at a snail's pace. Volume is very low and has to be changed via constant on screen prompt up or down only lasts an hour or maybe a couple depending on activity. Everything is not as advertised.I had this exact same tablet and it was stolen and I rebuy it from amazon and I get a knock off version of the RCA Viking Pro 10

For kids only
Good for young kids. Processor is a bit slow and keyboard is systematic and when you press a button it will select the one next to it more often than you would like. Battery is no where near the claims. I would say netflix only last 2 hours at best.

Had it less than 1 1/2 years, 17 months. Speakers crackle, and it will not connect to anything with Bluetooth.

Pleased
At the first contact, I was very pleased with the tablet overall: Setup was a breeze, the screen is nice, the keybaord works well and wireless speed is O.K.... Maybe the speaker is the weakest part of it, but it's definitely a good deal overall...
