Q: Will it damage or peel skin off if you put it on your nose?

Yes, it will peel the skin off your nose. It is nothing like any moleskin I have ever bought. It is supposed to be soft. It is actually very sharp & thin. Check around please.

Q: Can this be applied to the inside of shoes?

The glue on the moleskin is very strong. It may be difficult to remove from shoe liners.

Q: Is this moleskin 1/4 inch thick?

No it is not... it is as thick as duck tape... it is 1/4 inch wide... basically the picture that comes with the product is pretty accurate.

Q: Will it stick to the inside of the toe box in my running shoes?

I don't know about the toe but it didn't last but one time in the heel area of my shoes. It just rolled up.
