Happy Abs
This little piece of equipment packs a punch. Once you get to where you can use it to its full potential you will find your stomach getting flatter and you see washboard abs starting to show. The company that sells this product is so helpful. They send you emails telling you how to use it to its fullets extent. I like that they take an interest in your progress and in their product. This is something alot of companies do not do. You buy it, they forget it. I can feel the difference already and I have been using it a couple of weeks. It has double wheels so stability is easy. You also can do obliques with it. They send you links to U-Tube so you can see how it to use it to its fullest extent, and how you will look. Its a great little devise that does alot and does not break the bank.

Product was as good as suggested.
The wheel is well made and is able to hold up my 230 pound frame well with little to no wobble. Keep in mind that no matter your size if you have sub-optimal core conditioning the wheel will do nothing to prevent a wobble or fall. As other users have said, your form is more important than any other thing to get the most out of any ab-roller. I chose this roller over the more expensive and less expensive ones because I don't think a 'spring' system would provide any benefit and the cheapest rollers had issues with persons over 200 pounds. My wife and I have used the roller on both carpeted and hardwood surfaces. As for carpeting, it will leave marks that can easily be vacuumed or swept away. You should be taking care of your carpets at least twice a week (really more often) so this shouldn't be an issue. The hardwood didn't show any marks, thankfully, and provided a better workout overall. As for the reviews about your hands hurting, I am not sure what they are talking about. My petite wife and my large self didn't have any hand complaints. I recommend the product and will continue to use it. This review will be updated if it fails.

Solid, stable, well made.
The double wheel gives this ab roller more stability than single wheel models. The handles are comfortable and they withstand a large load. I'm 6'1" and 225 pounds and I've been using this unit for weeks and it's solid. One caveat that has NOTHING to do with the quality or utility of this Ab wheel is that ab roll outs are a TOUGH exercise. It will introduce you to core and low back stabilizer muscles you didn't know you had. I've been doing ab roll outs for 3 months under the watchful eye of a professional physical therapist for back problems diagnosed via MRI and a spine specialist. If you are older, out of shape and/or have not done ab exercises in a while, consult an accredited trainer/medical professional prior to use. When you start, GO SLOW. I had been doing 40 minutes on a crunch bench for 6+ months and it did NOTHING to prepare me for the Ab wheel. I could not do sets of three fully horizontal. It took me 8 weeks to work up to 5 sets of ten. It really helps my lower back along with other prescribed stretching and planks. At the gym, I use a 10 or 15 pound EZ-bar because it's wide enough to accommodate my gym mat. I use this Ab wheel at home on my carpet. One suggestion I would make for the Ab wheel folks would be to make a wider version of this useful ab work out device so the wheels go outside a standard exercise mat. I might even make a small version of this unit with the wheels on the OUTSIDE for even more stability. I like this compact exercise device. It's well made, works as advertised and as long as you understand that this is not an inherently simple exercise, you will gain low back and core strength. But be smart, get professional advice prior to beginning if you are older or have back problems and GO SLOW.

It's pretty good.
I basically like this product. I use ab roller wheels from a standing, not kneeling position, so I want a roller that is stable. I began with buying the basic ab wheel roller with one wheel, which was ok, not great, and not very stable, and one side of the wheel cracked from the stress on it (it's made out of plastic). This is much more stable, and the I think the wheels on this will not crack, either. So, that's the good. I would have given it 5 stars instead of 4, but I think the wheels themselves are a bit small in circumference. I do use the Perfect Fitness Ab Carver Pro at my gym. It is a more substantial wheel roller. I almost bought it instead of this one. I still may buy that one. I wanted to try this one first, and may just decide to have two. Perfect Fitness's has a little different technology to it, it has resistance going out, and assists on the return. I am undecided about the return assist. This is less expensive than the Perfect Fitness roller, and still a better choice than your basic one wheel plastic ab roller wheel.

Really Great Product for Really Great Abs and Back Workout
I got this in May 2016 and it is the best exercise equipment for the least money I ever got. I wanted to strengthen my abs and core but hate doing sit ups. So I got this and it's really great. I think I could only do 5 the first time I tried it. Now I can do 55. It's great for the abs and lower back. I'm 55 and my son who is 24 and does tons of sit ups was surprised how few reps he could do with the ab wheel. He assumed it was easy since I do so many. Now he's going to buy one. The great thing about this ab wheel is the friction free rotation. I was at a hotel and the ab wheel there had a lot of friction which made using it very difficult. The double wheels are really good for stability. Now I've got to try using it from a standing position which is really hard. JT

Effective but Recommend a Different Model
This product definitely accomplishes what it's set out to do and functions well. The Pros: The dual wheels and the space between them creates stability and more of an ease in the motion than you'd have with a single wheeled product, is my impression. The rounded edge wheel allows for additional toning and exercise options to target your sides. I find the ab wheel, in general, easy and fairly fun to use and can definitely a difference in my abdomen even after only a few days of use. You can't see the difference (yet!) but you can feel the tightness within your muscles. You can't spot lose weight so don't expect miracles but if you eat healthy and incorporate cardio, this ab wheel will definitely make a difference and tone your abdomen. The Cons: I would not call the quality great in terms of impression - it just looks like an inexpensive plastic, but it is light as a result. I was disappointed in the look of the quality when it arrived as it was more expensive than other models so I just expected better. The main thing I don't like about this particular wheel, and so will return for a different wheel, is that the handles, though seemingly sturdy, have nubs on a black rubber type of grip. I find this difficult. I don't have workout gloves to wear when I use this and I've seen some ab wheels on Amazon that have neoprene soft handles and so I'm going to try and find one with a dual wheel but neoprene handles. That would be far preferable to nubs pressing on palms! :) You put a lot of pressure on your palms when you do this motion so I can't imagine anyone feels that this model is comfortable for that reason, unless perhaps you are wearing workout gloves at same time. I do think those with back issues would not be able to do this exercise. To sum up, as an exercise tool, I really like this! It's fun and easy to use. I just would recommend a different ab wheel with dual wheels (like that feature) but soft/cushioned neoprene handles.

The Most Efficient Way To Strengthen Your Core
I had heard some good things about ab wheels so I decided to purchase the Ab Wheel Roller Pro. It was reasonably priced and had an avalanche of good reviews. This was a rare case of my expectations being absolutely blown away. I thought I was buying a nice piece of exercise equipment, not the very tools used by the gods to sculpt humans out of clay. Okay, I'll reign in the hyperbole and keep it simple. This product will destroy your abs. It will break them down and leave you a quivering mess unable to lift your torso out of bed in the morning. Which is perfect for anyone who actually wants to build up their core strength. No, using the ab wheeler by itself won't "give you abs". You have to get rid of the fat or it won't matter how ripped they are. You will only see a flabby belly. Regardless, the Ab Wheel Roller Pro will give you the best workout for your core, in the shortest amount of time. That is, it is the most efficient way to strengthen your core. When it first I arrived I watched a few YouTube videos to get the technique down and rolled out about 15 reps. I felt a slight burn, but nothing to write home about. I did 10 more. Same story. I put the wheel down and went about my day. That being said, the next morning was confusing to say the least. For some reason I was unable to lift myself out of bed. I would raise my upper body 1/3 of the way and then collapse back into bed. Then I felt it. That sweet sensation that lets you know you're body had been thrashed and was building itself back up again. DOMS. The 25 or so roll-outs I did the day before was enough to destroy my core. I didn't feel it at the time, but it sure did its thing. This is a warning to anyone getting the wheel. GO SLOW. It is so effective it can easily leave you weak and in pain for days on end if not prepared and done correctly. Great product thought. 6/5 stars.

Awesome
I have been using this for 10 years now. Best abs wheel I have ever owned. I love the dual wheel feature.
