Works well, but may be overkill
This works exactly as advertised. We got it because it was an excellent deal. The reality is, for our use, we just don't need that many mics in one place at once. For us, a better use than being on stage, is for it to be a mic holder off stage. Durability is good. It has survived falls without an issue. The size, weight, and grip are what I expected. No surprises. It just what you would expect and is a quality product.

Almost perfect, just the foam detail.
The only reason for 4 stars is, the hole for foam and aluminum are the same. Which cause a little noise and may scratch your microphone body. Isnโt heavy but comes with thick aluminum which gives solid firm holding. Works perfectly well, to holding different microphone brand and thickness, with or without microphone head foam.

Handy device
Purchased this to use at church. Has helped with mic management and placement. Easier to place Shure SM58 wireless in this than in clips. Holds up to 5 of this Shure model and could cold wired mics as well.

Works great
I was able to thread this holder onto my mic stand with no problem and it fits nice and tight. The foam is very thick and holds both my wireless and wired mics securely without making any sound as they're put back in while turned on. Overall build quality seems good, but it's hard to tell how durable it is until I've had it for at least six months to a year.

Better than "Just a Mic Clip"
Our performing group put on a show. We had seven head mics and two hand-mics. The hand mics were initially attached to stands, with a mic-clip. I watched in disappointment as people repeatedly had difficulty separating the mics to walk out on-stage. I found this device and bought it with the hope that mic-use would be more enjoyable. It was just so easy to lift the mic out of the hole and, when the act was over, to put it back. Perfect! While I wish it was less-expensive, it's strength guarantees a lifetime of good service.

Very nice
Works well with our wireless Shure SLX microphones. Ours is used on the platform at church. It is mounted on an old mic stand that had long lost the mic clip and would no longer hold vertical adjustment, but itโs just the right height for a mic holder. We leave the mics on during church service, and the foam covering of the holder helps make the mics make practically no sound when the they are put back in the holder. Great!

Just okay
It does what itโs supposed to do it will hold your mics. Itโs also a really good size. The foam just comes loose and will slide down the mic stand. I took it off and looked and there was just one dot of glue supposed to hold it. I used some gorilla glue and it seems to be holding up. I probably would look at another brand if I have to purchase again

Does the job, but be aware of the design
This has been doing the job for a long while now. I'm mostly satisfied with it, but something to be aware of is that most people who are unfamiliar with it will try to remove a microphone by holding the mic handle and pulling towards them. This is a very natural thing to try to do, of course, but the design of this product does not allow that. The mic will just get "caught by the neck" (see photo with SM58 mics), and it cannot be removed that way. The mic has to be held by the grille (ball), and lifted up and out. I see this product used weekly, and, pretty much every week, someone comes and tries to get a mic by the handle, fails, rattles the mic stand, fiddles and tugs, keeps failing, then finally figures out that they have to lift it by the grille. If you only have a few people using this, everyone will eventually learn, but if this will be used by many different people, this problem will keep happening. It's a minor thing, especially if this stays backstage, but, if it's used on stage when someone has to come up to speak, it's embarassing to the speaker, and causes distraction and delays.
