Okay, to start with: I love this lock. I originally ordered it from the manufacturer as part of their crowd funding project and it is fantastic, I can't say enough good things. The fingerprint reader is accurate and fast, it looks like a normal doorknob with a sleek design, it was easy to install, it's reasonably priced for what it is, and the app is convenient. I liked it so much that I decided to get it for two more doors when I saw it on Amazon. And boy oh boy here's where the issues begin.I had to order this lock SIX times to get the two functioning locks I needed. The first one came, was missing a part. Okay fine, sent it back got a replacement (lock #2). This lock has a flaw in the tunnel on the interior handle that slides over the square bolt, the one that goes through the door; there's a ridge in the metal that the bolt can't get past. So the interior handle can't get all the way down onto the door, and that one also got sent back. Placed two new orders (locks #3 and #4). Lock #3 works beautifully, just like the original. No complaints there.Lock #4 has the same flaw in the interior shaft where it is not smooth, there is extra metal on the wall preventing the interior knob from being installed. Got a replacement (Lock #5) that ALSO has this flaw in the shaft, sent back locks #4 and #5. Placed a new order and got lock #6. Lock #6 is fine, just like #3 and the original from the crowdfunding campaign.The flaw that I'm talking about is impossible to get a picture of because it is way down in the shaft. I had to shine a flashlight up through the lever portion to see where it was. I highly recommend before even trying to put this thing on the door, that you take the exterior handle with shaft, and see if you can get it all the way down into the interior handle. You will save yourself a LOT of hassle.TLDR: Fabulous lock with real quality control issues. 2/3 of the locks won't install properly due to a manufacturing flaw.

I went out to get mail one day and was unable to get back in to house as the door handle just didn't function anymore. Asked a neighbor for some batteries thinking maybe that was issue. After replacing batteries it still didn't work. My best guess is it didn't like being outside exposed to rain and the elements. Its just plain dead after 2 months. After taking it out and trying another set of batteries it still didn't work. Major fail! and for a product that can actual prevent you entirely from getting into your home you need a product that is reliable. This one is not.

I like the style of the handle. Battery door lock is very cheaply made. Almost every other time you open the door, the battery door comes off. Unfortunately, you have to use the handle to open the door, so you end up having to put the battery door back on at least once or twice a day. Also, ANY kind of moisture on your finger and entry is a no go. The app to manage fingerprints is not very user friendly at all. It took me about 15 minutes to add myself as an administrator (longer than it took to replace the handle itself), and then trying to add others was a bit of a nightmare. Now the really crazy part, once you assign someone to a "role" the app won't allow you to change them (at least it won't allow me to change them).I'm actively looking for a replacement.

I purchased this product to keep my kids out of my closet where I keep my firearms in the gun safe for an extra layer of protection and I love it, it took me about 15 minutes to install and to add my fingerprints, it works every time and so far I have had no issues with it after 3 months of use.I do recommend this product to keep an unwanted guess out of a room or your kids out of a room or closet.

frustrated at the beginning, the box was missing some pieces but the seller sent them pretty fast. Easy to install & setup. So far so good, will update as time goes onOnly concern is if the fingerprint or Bluetooth stop working then you are out luck i guess & the battery on the outside handle as well but for the price it seems the better option

I was skeptical, because I have never heard of the company Yeeuu. However, after three days, the handle is functioning as advertised. I tested the lock function with multiple peoples' fingerprints and the included access cards. Very easy to install. Feels solid when turning the handle, and appears to be good quality. The handle was installed on an apartment front door, which is inside a climate controlled hallway (not exposed to the elements).The reason for only four stars:1) The battery cover pops off if the handle is gripped with too much force.2) The cellphone app doesn't respond/work very well.3) I would not purchase this handle for outdoor applications, unless the door is covered by a front porch or some overhanging roof. The handle does not appear to be water-resistant (no rubber seal on the batter cover).The pros of this handle FAR outweigh the cons, for my application.

Install was easy. The app need to be upgraded as it would not connect to product. Locks out if you don't get your fingerprint exactly positioned as you recorded it. The handle on the inside and outside falls limp and just hangs there after about 2 weeks of use. Not used for slim doors like bathroom or closet as the flange is not wide enough and sticks out. I would return them both and invest in a better, non-chinese product, but am past return date. Would not recommend and would not buy again

Easy to install, easy to use. Comes with a fob but the thumb works great so I haven’t had to use it. I came on to buy another 2 and they are unavailable. I love the one we have, and don’t want more in a different brand.
