Great keto option
I’ve ordered the box of 4 packs twice now and keep them in the freezer. Never had a problem with delivery. The plain bagels are pretty dull in flavor, but it’s acceptable for me, as I’d rather tasteless bread than all those carbs. I use the bagels for anything I would normally use bread for, burgers, chicken sandwich, etc, including as actual bagels. I love these and so glad my friend told me about them. I do recommend toasting them before any use.

The plain is horrible
The flavorless taste was bearable. But the way it was chewing in my mouth was disgusting. It's like chewing on a ton of crumbs that are really chewy. I tried it both untoasted and toasted. The two things I liked were how easy it was to cut compared to the current keto bagels I get called Carbonaut. Carbonaut has a strong flavor that I don't necessarily care for and kind of falls apart when you cut it but tastes more similar to a bagel. I also liked how these are zero net carbs compared to Carbonaut that has 2 grams of net carbs per bagel and they are smaller than these bagels. I wish these would have tasted better or I would have switched to these for these reasons alone. I bought Great Low Carb Bread Co to try next, otherwise, I will stick to Carbonaut. I just don't get how companies can make keto bread and hamburger buns a lot more similar to regular bread compared to how not similar keto bagels are to regular bagels.

Low Carb part is great, price is a little too high for me
The taste is ok, not exactly wonderful. The price though is bit too much for me to want to make a frequent purchase. Good low carb option though, and there just aren't many options out there for Keto/low carb buyers.

these are delicious
filling and delicious for only 90 calories and 0 net carbs they're almost too good to be true. i use these for snacks, lunchtime sandwiches, and breakfasts and they're wonderful every time. they say give a long ship time but they arrive almost two weeks earlier than they say they will. toast them first for best results but i eat them untoasted and still love them. they're better than grocery bought bagels in taste and texture. best if you have a bagel slicer though. on the expensive side but most good keto food is.

Not Exactly a Bagel, but Closest You're Gonna Get to One
Firstly, it's doesn't taste exactly like a bagel. It doesn't feel exactly like a bagel. But given it's only 2 net carbs, its the closest you're gonna get to a real bagel and no other product comes this close. The texture is a little light, not a dense as a bagel. And they do have the slightest cardboardy taste that only gets increasingly prominent the more you eat them. I still find all this acceptable. One last note: Like others have said, freeze the unopened packages as soon as you get them. And store the opened ones in the fridge. They are kinda moist and will mold in a few days on the counter. But overall they're an okay substitute for bagels.

Not as advertised
Low carb?? I don’t think so. These bagels are going straight in the trash. I purchased these for my daughter. Who’s a type1 diabetic and wanted to enjoy low-carb bagels. These bagels spiked her blood sugar 143 points. Worse than regular bagels from the store. Wish I could rate no stars nothing healthy about these so-called “low carb” bagels. So expensive and not what the are advertised. Never again. Buyer Beware!!Don't believe the label! They don’t spike your blood sugar they skyrocket it for hours on end. Label is misleading and very dangerous.

Did not taste like a bagel
good texture, but NO flavor. None. Didn't use them all because no desire.

Delicious but expensive 😢
It smells like a bagel, feels like a bagel...and for the keto diet...this is the closest thing to a bagel you will ever get. I felt naughty eating it...I haven’t had real bread or bagels in such a long time that this was a real treat without the guilt. I bet these would make some great egg, cheese bagel sandies. Only thing I didn’t like was the price...comes out to about $3 per bagel 😞
