I am super impressed with shake the weight diet shakes chocolate mint flavourWithin the first two weeks I have dropped over half a stone. I have been very disciplined intended to have a shake in the morning then one at lunch and then an evening balance meal.I’ve also bought the caramel chocolate shake the weight bars and I had previously had the coconut bars. Soya free. Taste good.
These are soya free so I find them much more palatable than other more well known brands. They leave you feeling fuller for longer too. Highly recommend!
