Excellent biscotti- Bought for my mother's birthday and she was very impressed. Had issues delivering, but customer service was prompt.

I can't speak for the Biscotti's themselves, but when ordering chocolate items in the summer you would expect them to put them in some type of cooler, but they don't. I ordered them and by the time they made it to New Mexico, they were a chocolate blob and mess. I did get a refund, but will not be buying from them again.

My sister loved them so much. I will definitely buy this item again.
