Just to be clear, since the reviews say both regular and sketch; are these sketch markers? And is this set "C" of the sketches?

I had to do a lot of checking prior to buying my wife these pens. These are the sketch markers. Based on the photo this is the "c" set.

What is the difference between the sketch set and the Ciao set. I know the colors are different but besides that, what’s the difference?

The Ciao markers hold less ink, that's why they are cheaper. And because they have less color choices compared to the sketch.
