Q: Im a 8 what size should I get?

I'm an 8 and usually go up 1/2 size for my wide feet. I bought an 8 1/2 and they are snug without socks. So I'd say these run a little narrow.

Q: What is the difference between allblack 1 and allblack 3? The photo makes it look like allblack 3 are wider.

I have the ones with the strips on the side..pull on very easy I find them tight, I have wide width feet but, they are very comfortable..go 1/2 size up run small.

Q: Are these non slip so they can be used for restaurant employees?

I work in a grocery store in produce and floral departments where floors get water on them all the time as well as the coolers. Employees MUST wear slip resistant shoes, or else…! I’ve never slipped! These are mostly my summer shoes as I have to water hundreds of plants with a hose outside; keep my feet soooo much cooler than my leather slip resistant shoes in summer, yet never slip in water. This should be more helpful than other reviews.

Q: Why are shoe manufacturers so afraid of making women's shoes larger than 11? Some of us have big feet! I need at size 12 at least.

For the same reason they rarely make shoes in my size, which is 4 1/2. They make only the most common sizes in order to save manufacturing and inventory costs.
