Pumps You Full of Energy And Even The Sugar-Free Version Tastes Great!
Another epic Mountain Dew product. This stuff packs a punch energy-wise and for being sugar-free it tastes really good. It’s probably not good for you to drink too many of these, but I treat myself to one of these every once in a while and they really pump you up to be more alert, focused, and energized. The packaging is cool too and not your typical soda can, they really put some thought into how you open the can and drink from it. Highly recommend this for energy drink lovers especially gamers.

Great drink, mixed feelings on plastic top, bit pricey
For starters, I like this a lot more than a lot of the zero calorie energy drinks out there. It's less acidic (I struggle with reflux issues) than most, doesn't have as harsh an artificial taste as some, and is lightly carbonated along the same lines as Red Bull. The resealable top is an interesting thing, and convenient for sure, but in an age where most companies are trying to get away from plastic and go all in on aluminum, glass, paper, etc. since they are more easily recyclable, I do worry that it means the can is more likely to end up, at least in part, in a landfill. Then we get to value. I guess this is about on par with other energy drinks, but it's hard to see value when there's so many options out there and generally can find something comparable on sale. As much as I like this, I'm not sure that it's different enough from other energy drinks in terms of flavor and ingredients to go with it over a competitor that's lower on price or on sale.

Great taste
In my experience it doesn't bloat your stomach and taste good. It's like a light soda but also gives you a little bit of energy. Also thanks to not having sugar you feel any slow down.

Bulk Is Best, Packaging Is Excessive?
I am a fan of all the Game Fuel Flavors. Nevertheless, the zero sugar approach has obvious benefits for those (and myself) looking to control calories. The bulk approach is fantastic, cost-effective for the consumers, and subscription services make some real sense if you are navigating local grocery and retailer out-of-stocks for these particular items.Downside: folks at Mountain Dew are taking Amazon's Frustration-Free Packaging program seriously. However, Amazon's distribution is not shipping this packaging without first cushioning and repacking it with an Amazon box outer container. Overkill and a waste of packaging... but protection is appreciated by the people at both Amazon and Mountain Dew.Final Thought: purchase. But make plans for the extra cardboard, box, and related packaging. If you can't re-use the packaging... consider NOT purchasing, go to the local store, and make your voice heard via your actions. Best... tjt

Daily I have to drink an energy drink
I have one energy drink every day at 9 am for years; I've tried almost all kind, and in my opinion, 95% of brands are garbage; they have very high caffeine they kick you so hard after that you start feeling bad energy, I always get Ultra Monster which has 140mg of caffeine, last week, I was at Safeway and just saw this, and I got two bottles bc I noticed it has 180mg caffeine which was okay. I liked the taste then I got my first box so far; I love it. Also, the can opener is so excellent. ( don't buy any junk energy drink out in the market.

Prefer flavor of regular diet Dew
Not a big fan of either Game Fuel Zero flavor but the watermelon shock tastes better than the raspberry lemonade. The resealable tab is a bit awkward as well; harder to initially open and tends to splash a bit of droplets around the can when opening.

Love the sugar free versions
Having T1D, I'm grateful for Mtn Dew to have sugar free versions for Game Fuel. The grip and soda tab designs are cool and unique. Would definitely love more sugar free flavors from them.
