Was looking for a rack for baking chicken and other stuff in the over without having the drippings make the food soggy. These racks fit the need perfectly. They fit most baking sheets are dishwasher safe and easy to clean.I use these a lot when cooking oven fried chicken, meatloaf, or roasting a whole spatchcocked chicken. Makes it super easy to get the drippings and avoid the bottom getting burned, found food cooks a little more evenly as well.Nice racks, that have been super useful, every kitchen needs this product in my opinion.

I’m very satisfied with this product as I bake chicken wings on it. Just what I wanted! It is good stainless steel and fits great in a 11 x 17 inch sheet pan. Even with burned-on chicken fat, a quick soak in hot soapy water gets it right off! I recommend this!!

Finally found a real baking rack to fit my baking sheet that you can actually use inside the oven. Racks like this used to be fairly commonplace at local stores, but it seems all the ones they carry now are made of kind of coated metal that can't be used above 400F, which is not sufficient for roasting/baking/broiling some foods. The few baking racks I did find that were fully oven-safe came with high-priced sheet pans, which I don't need. Who in the retail world thought that made sense?This is a nice baking rack. It performs well in the oven, and appears to be well made out of uncoated stainless steel. I expect this to last a long time, and I may buy a second one and give away my cooling racks, because this baking rack can do that job, too.

I needed a rack mostly to hold meatballs in the oven, and this does that well. It's a good size, and it's not that hard to clean. No problems putting it in the dishwasher. The mesh is close enough that it works on small and large meatballs. It is sturdy. If it cleaned up easier, it would get the fifth star.I add a thank you to other reviewers (who will probably never see this comment, but I hope others will get the point). When I looked for a rack, I wanted one that handled meatballs. Several people said that this was good for that purpose, and they were right. Reviews with details about usage of products helped me and that's why I was so specific.

After trying multiple methods to cook bacon, baking preferred, I decided to try using a rack to provide separation between the dripping fat and the bacon. I use a thick foil lined baking sheet and place the rack on top, set the oven for 400, lay out the bacon. For this size of rack, I found that a 12 ounce pack of bacon will fill it up. Cook for 20-30 minutes depending upon your level of crunch and enjoy. Clean up was a breeze, fold the foil after the fat hardens and throw away. Wash the rack with a non steel brush with soap, easy. the end result is easy to cook low mess, simple clean up bacon galore.

I have 2 Of these cookie cooling sheets I bought 50+ years ago, not same company but the Quality is Fantastic.You can pass these down through the generations that’s how great they are.I have been looking a long time for this Quality cookie cooling sheets and this size that I have had for years.size is great.No warping.Very strong.Thickness is what I have been looking for.

Stainless Steel is the only way to go. These cooling racks are not cheap and flimsy but heavy duty. The grids prevent cookies from falling through like the old style and the Stainless Steel goes directly into the dishwasher. I am a home baker and these are the only racks I use. I have 6 of them. After years of use, they still look like new! A very good investment that will likely last a lifetime.

I’m not a big baker or cooker but this works well when I need to cool food.

A 1/2 Size 12 x 17 inch "Spring Chef" Cooling & Baking Rack, (order same delivery), "Spring Chef" claims "Fits inside a 13" x 18" Half Sheet Baking Pan or Cookie Sheet".Comes in Heat shrunk cellophane plastic. Not 100% Right Angle Square & Bowed UP in middle. Are a made in china. I'm having trouble making 2 of them fit inside the measurements for a Advance Tabco 18-8A-26 Full size 18"x26" (46cm x 66cm) size sheet pan.Would NOT recommend if wanting to fit inside baking sheets or pans.
