Good for basic grounding in the construction process. Was a bit puzzled why the author kept referring to Architect instead of PM. It’s as if the book was written in different decades.

I highly recommend this to all Jr project managers and senior project managers Facebook is a fantastic reference point for your day-to-day activities in construction

The book gives a broad overview of what a PM in construction field does, but none of the topics have any real life examples or technical details. I suppose that would almost double the size of the book, and or the authors think one’s ought to go and find the answers else where! Uh, enjoy my £23 purchase!

This book has every information about the role and how to perform as a good Project Manager. Definitely worth the read!
