After not finding any online resources which could help me decode the serial number of my 58 D300, I picked up this book and low and behold, there was the serial number. Now i know that the truck came with the elusive canadian 313 poly V8 and a few other little tidbits. It has resources for US and Canadian built Dodges, as well as Plymouth, Desoto and Fargo. All years are laid out in easy to read charts. The first half of the book is specifically for US vehicles, and the second is for Canadian. Would make a great gift for your classic mopar, chryco, alpar truck enthusiast.
