Seems to do what it claims. Quite effective at removing compacted wax and other buildup. The "tri-stream tip" isn't just a marketing gimmick either, it's very effective at making it almost impossible to feel a painful purge of water.Even when you think your ears are clean, this washes out stuff you're glad to have out of your ears.Only real drawback is it's fairly large, so it can be a bit challenging to manipulate properly into your ear, but you can flush more out with less refills.

So i had thought this bottle was empty and reusable. I just gor it and it’s pre-filled. It says “reusable” so i thought maybe the top screws off for easy refilling? Nope. It’s a squirty top, and it looks like maybe it will come off if i shove a pocket knife in the side?

This worked ok for clearing mom’s ears out but she just has too much wax build up. Not sure I’d buy it again

I buy this for my husband who has severe hearing loss which is further compounded by wax issues. He uses this regularly and finds it of help.

Seems ok. I heard bubbling sounds, but my hearing didn't improve. Must be something else.

Didn't realize this wasn't refillable. My fault for not reading.This does squeeze out really quickly if you are not careful.

Outside of box damaged so instructions are illegible. Rubber tip appeared USED. Was loose in the box with disgusting residue on it. I’m just glad that it was tangibly bad enough that I didn’t try to put it in my ear. Seller should be banned. This is a health and safety issue.

I just found out an awnser to one of my questions. this bottle is refillable. wash your hands and pop the little thing that the blue try tip sits on and refill the bottle with saline solution or warm water.

The Ear Irrigator is very controllable and easy to use. The tri-stream nozzle is ingenious and may prove valuable in removing loose material from the ear canal. However, it did not prove effective in removing more obstinate material or that adhering to the ear canal. Removing the tri-stream nozzle enables a single stream with moderate force to dispel some obstinate material. It is important to precede the flushing of the ear with the Ear Irrigator by using active ear drops e.g. Otex for several days.
