Lovely garlicky taste
Love this sauce - it’s really garlicky and goes with almost any dish. Wish it had a bit more of a chilli kick though.

What's good for the Goose....
Yes, this is my favourite Sriracha. I have been using it in my cooking for some considerable time now, after first tasting it on my travels in the far east. I was so glad to find it readily available when I got back home. Now there is the garlic version, which elevates the taste for me personally; I only wish it were a little more 'garlicky', apart from that, there are no complaints from me.
