Very nice, works great unless you're dog pushes her nose thru the velcro closure to escape! Once that was learned it was all over!

Looking at the reviews and pictures, I thought this carrier was exactly what I was looking for. The design is simple and chic, but some flaws:1. My first reaction was that the carrier felt very cheaply made and of poor quality.2. There's no wiring to help keep its shape. The bag easily collapses if you touch one of its sides so it's not very sturdy when carrying your pet.3. The material on the white portion of the carrier has more of a canvas-like texture than nylon so it seems like it would get dirty easily.4. The photo showed the snap closure pocket having no design but it actually has their branding on it which I reeeeeally dislike! (photo)Still might keep the bag though because I'm going on a trip in 2 days. Wish I knew some of these things earlier though :(

I loved this bag until I washed it. Handle colors bled all over bag and it looks ridiculous.

I like how this looks like a nice tote, but is an actual dog carrier. I have a Shih Tzu who is a service dog and this is perfect when my hands are full and we're on a long trip on commercial transportation (airplane or train). Easy to clean too

I love this bag for my 5lb pompoo. We take him everywhere. It had a nice padded bottom and doesn’t collapse on sides like some bags I used for our fur baby

This bag is cute, but kind of cheap in terms of how it was made. The part where the trimming around the top starts and finishes is very visible. There is a Pet Life logo on the outer pocket despite there being no logo in the Amazon photo (so much for being discreet about it...). The bag is a cute summer style and my dog fits, so it will serve its purpose. He's about 7 pounds and he has more than enough room to turn around, though I can't close the top unless he's lying down. Anyway I just got this yesterday so I can't exactly comment on durability just yet, but I think it's a decent purchase as long as you're not expecting high quality.
