I don’t know - I haven’t tried with these but I have deep fried spring rolls made with rice paper wrappers and they do deep fry and puff a bit. I’ve also seen YouTube videos where sheets of rice paper wrapper were deep fried and looked like prawn crackers so I’m guessing they probably would.
