When some rats decided to move into my engine compartment of my acura for a couple months the helped themselves to the wire harness. I was able to repair every wire and drive it, without problem for 1500 miles from California to Washington. Thanks to this product I was able to make my move without worry. Thank you for making a excellent product at a great price. Everyone should have this kit for a rainy day.

These shrink connectors with the solder ring in the middle are the best way to connect two wires in my opinion. They are easy to use and connect the wires solidly.

These terminals are very well made, they crimp securely and the heat shrink seals the wires very well. I love it when a product works like it’s supposed to, I would definitely recommend these to everyone, and will purchase them again when the need arises.

Overall it’s a great back for the price but I do have one concern with it. The solder doesn’t seem to melt very well or actually imbed itself within the wire strands. No this could be a fault on my own with the lack of a hot enough heat source. But I do believe this could also be remedied with some flux being placed on the wires before using the connectors. I only have 4 stars on the waterproof factor at the moment because I’ve only been using them for about a week but will update in another month or so on how they hold up.

Great fit/quality/hold/ease of use. I love these. I wish these were around when i started doing systems 30 years ago. So much cleaner and efficient.

Takes a few to get the hang of how much heat it takes to melt the solder and adequately shrink the tube, but they work great. Nice to not have to worry about a poor connection or moisture ingress.
