I play both golf and pickleball. This works so well and having a 2 pack makes it super easy for both sports. The product has gel in the brace so it really does elimate the stress on my elbow. I can once again play 18 holes and about 3 hours of pickleball without pain. I have even seen some pros use this same elbow brace.

This worked well. Bad thing is that I have small arms and after 2-3 times taking it on and off, the opposite side of where you pull the velcro strap to tighten, came undone. Quite a pain, as I have not tried to fix it since last week.

I bought this to wear when I play golf. My old one was thick and hot on warm days. This one is much thinner so I do t sweat as much and still provides relief for my tendinitis
