It did weigh my hair down a little bit, but my hair does very good with protein. I am trying out different hair masks because I used to be a big fan of the Ava NYC.

Absolutely love this stuff! It was recommended by someone on TikTok that I follow and I’m so glad it was. It makes no sense that this stuff is not in the store. I use it when I’m oiling my hair and put it on the ends for overnight, and I use it instead of cream rinse/conditioner in the shower. Highly recommend.

Honestly this is more of a deep conditioner vibe more than a hair mask, I have 2a/2b hair and use it to detangle in the shower, and while my hair does feel a bit more soft after, it has not improved the health of my hair by much. I definitely still have issues with tangles, as someone with bleached and dyed hair i would recommend something different for curly girls, and damaged hair girls. The smell is amazing though.
