The case does not have the Apple logo on it, and it does not have a cutout to show the logo. However, the case is clear, so you can see your computer's logo through the case.

will this fit mac book 13"?

It will NOT fit the newest MacBook Pro 13" (model MacBookPro14,1 ) as the case is larger than the laptop. I had bought the same case years ago for my older MacBook Air and it fit perfectly. I was going to return the case but after shipping I would only be refunded $3.54 so I guess I'll try to find someone whose laptop it will fit and give it away. So disappointed that the case didn't fit!
