Works great in our lake house
We bought this for our lake house that is approx 1600 sq ft. 2 levels over a crawl space. The moisture in the home was consistently around 70% in the home. This brought the humidity down to below 40% within hours. We run it constantly when we are not at the home and at night. (It is great white noise). We keep the home at 80 Deg during summer months while we are not there and I watch the humidity through our nest app. It keeps the house below 35% humidity. This has really improved the air quality and smell in our home. I would highly recommend.

Don’t buy from Dri-Eaz.
Never worked properly since the day I got it. Called Dri-Eaz and they just gave me the run around. Highly do NOT recommend this product or any other product from Dri-Eaz.

Perfect for Morton building
We have a 40 by 60 Morton building that was getting damp inside (very well insulated building) during the summer months. Tool box would have drops of water dripping off of it. Well after a long debate we decided to spend the money on this as we did not want mold growing in our cars or on any of our stuff. This dehumidified did the trick, we will never be without it again. No more humidity problems what so ever!
