We use this to clean the floor at our detail shop. Works great at getting all the slime and grime up. Lasts us about a year.

I used this product in combination with an Eveage power washer attachment. I had 16 years of built up dirt on our driveway, patio, walkway, and front steps. I used it as a secondary clean up after using the power washer to get me a deep clean on the concrete.You don't have to work very hard. Wet the surface, lightly sprinkle the product, wet it a bit more, and scrub with a stiff broom. Unless you're working in direct sun, let it sit for a few minutes then rinse. I could noticeably see the dirt lifting off the driveway even though I had already power washed.After using the product, I did follow up with a secondary power wash clean up. Note how dirty the actual concrete was.I did try using the Zep product before power washing. It did loosen up the top layer of dirt from the concrete but it did not give me the deep clean I was looking for. Using the power washer 2X along with the Zep got me to where I wanted to go.I used this many years ago when working in auto repair shops so I was familiar with the product. I did not have any oil stains so everything I cleaned up was 16 years of ground in dirt from leaves, tree sap, grass clippings, etc.I did have some rust stains on the concrete and while the Zep product lightened them up a bit, the product did not remove them.I did not see an adverse affects on the grass or plants but we used plenty of water with the power washer so everything was well diluted.

Not like the old style zep cleaner, but works remarkably well, clean a auto shop floor with it and will buy again when I run out.

This product is use in my garage and shop, works the best than others I've tried in the past.

We use this in my auto shop. Wet the floor, sprinkle it around, wet it more, keep pushing it around with the broom, keep it wet and agitated for about an hour and pressure wash it all off. This will make the most grimy auto shop floor look like new.Here's why it's for professionals: This stuff is caustic. It will burn your skin and lungs. It will leave spots where it wasn't removed completely. This is a harsh product, but if green isn't working for production shops this is the answer.

We use this product to clean the floor in our mechanic shops. This is the best stuff we have found! My only complaint is that it has gone up in price over the last few months. It's still worth the money but we will be using more sparingly now.

I followed the directions for the two ways to use this product neither one worked very well.For the price of this product I was expecting better results. Actually I saw no difference between the before and after results.
