Seagull Guitar Strap (39432)

This is my first strap experience, as my ukuleles don't have strap buttons. The Merlin came button-ready, however, and its length made me quickly realize that a strap would be helpful for maneuvering up and down the fretboard. This one works fine, doesn't dwarf the slim instrument, and is easily adjustable, although I'm thinking about replacing the leather-ish straps with something that will tie off more neatly. (I'm not marking it down for that, because from what I'm seeing online, this is a common strap ailment/complaint. There are easy workarounds.)While a choice of color might have been nice, there's a good chance I would have gone with black anyway. I also wish it had the Seagull logo, but obviously that's not necessary (and it probably wouldn't be very visible anyway). I'm happy.

This strap is made to fit the Merlin, and it makes the Merlin playable. Good quality. I'm pleased with it.

This is a good strap. It won’t improve your talent, but it does hold the mandolin so you can stand and play- which is key

Works great.through I dont use the strings, I have 2 metal tabs in the guitar (base of neck and bottom) as I prefer it that way. Excellent.

Sturdy

It’s lightweight, comfortable, and made in Canada. Just what I needed.

It works decently on the Merlin M4, but I wouldn't put it on anything heavier. The ties are leather instead of nylon and quite bulky.

Yes, this does fit the Seagull M4 Dulcimer and looks great!
