Excellent quality, perfect for Salads .

I bought this Pomegranate Molasses to experiment in baking, and overall it’s okay — not bad, but you have to be careful how you use it. I made the mistake of adding it to gingerbread cookies, and they turned out much too sour for my taste. I think it works better in savoury dishes, dressings, or marinades where a tangy punch is welcome. The flavour itself is rich and fruity, just very tart, so it’s not as versatile for sweet baking as I had hoped. Decent quality and flavour, but I’d recommend sticking to recipes that complement its sourness rather than trying it in traditional sweet baked goods.

This was not as sweet as I thought it was going to be it's very tart however I paid it with a bit of honey and it's fab, love it. Quality flavour and pours well. Recommended.

Mein erster Granatapfelsirup, ich finde ihn lecker!!! Lieferung war wie immer prompt, die Flasche war dicht verschlossen und gegen auslaufen verschweißt, Bestellung war unbeschädigt. Bestellt habe ich ihn, da ich ein Video gesehen habe, wie jemand seine Bowl mit Granatapfelsirup Zitronensaft und Sumak abschmeckt. Ich wollte nicht gleich das teuerste Produkt kaufen und hab mir erstmal verschiedene Rezensionen durchgelesen, wodurch ich dann wegen des Preis -Leistungsverhältnisses diesen hier bestellt habe. Ich wurde nicht enttäuscht und finde eine Bowl damit total lecker. Ab und zu mische ich ihn mir auch ins Mineralwasser, was ich auch sehr erfrischend finde. Ich werde ihn wieder bestellen
