These shutters turned out fantastic. They are made of plastic, so be aware of that when you order. I prefer the plastic over my wood shutters, because they clean up easily in the kitchen space where my kids like to make messes. The shutters arrived quicker than expected and exactly as ordered. I was putting them on a french door with a window in the center of each door. The measurement process was easy. I was contacted the very next day by Jeremy to confirm all of the details. He made a few suggestions and everything was ready to go. Received my shutters and installed per the instructions and videos provided. Very simple process. I used a car jack to lift the shutters into place and hold them while I placed the screws. My door had some spots that weren't quite flat, so the corners of the shutters were not perfect, but that was easily remedied with some plastic toilet shims from Lowes and caulking. All the screws you will every need are included. Depending on the size of the louvers, you will need a longer bit for sinking the self tapping screws. If you try to use a standard 2" bit drive with a Phillips tip, you will 100% mar the inside of the shutter. Do yourself a favor and get a nice 5 or 6 inch long 1/4" drive Phillips bit. The only drawbacks are: 1. The pins that hold the shutter closed don't do a great job if the shutters are on a French door that gets opened and closed all the time. If you shut the door a little too hard (teenagers....), the shutters will fly open. It's because they are plastic and have some give to them. If it's on a window, there's nothing to worry about. I remedied this problem by using some baby door latches. I think they work perfect and aren't terribly obvious. 2. The louver opening and closing friction is not adjustable. They are factory set, so if they are too loose or too tight, a new set will need to be made. No extra cost, but just be aware you will need to contact them ASAP. 3. If you have a door handle that requires the shutter to be cutout, the cutout area is a little flimsy. Just be extra careful when mounting it and you will be fine. If you wiggle it too much or are rough with the shutter, you could break the shutter at the cutout, because it is pretty thin. Once it's mounted, there is nothing to worry about. Overall a very nice shutter that added extra beauty to an originally dull area of the kitchen. I would absolutely buy them again. We paid much more for wooden shutters a decade ago on the rest of the house and the look is pretty much identical. Very satisfied with this purchase.

I ordered these shutters originally for my living room because a lot of light came in making the room warmer on extra hot days. I loved them so much I ordered more for my kitchen windows. The quality of these shutters are great and truly works great to block out the light making it cooler inside. You definitely get the value for your money. Everything comes properly packaged in their boxes and easy to install which was great. I wanted to say thank you to Jeremy again for his amazing communication in regard to the shutters and making sure they were nothing less than I expected. Awesome costumer service provided and beautiful shutters for sure!

The plantation shades are beautiful. The assembly was very straight forward. The window prep was far more difficult getting it prepped for paint and recaulking that made the install a breeze.

Superb product and the value is remarkable. The PVC material used is of high quality, forgiving and not brittle. I had to use alternative hardware due to my CBS/Plaster wall construction in SoFlo but the quality of the hardware supplied is very good. Door shutters are light enough to install with commercial ultra high bond tape (one cannot and should not drill through impact window frames. Fit is excellent. Easy to clean! Installed on every window of my home now - even the baths!

Placed two separate orders for three items. Was VERY careful to follow instructions on measuring. This is custom product. They met my measurements precisely. Fit like hand in glove. Plenty of options. Communication from seller was quick, clear and helpful. Accurate on shipping dates. Packaging was strong and secure. Installation instructions were just enough, but not too much for custom product. All little parts were included, nothing missing. Was actually surprised at quality of product. It was as described and looks great. Not as fancy as hiring a carpenter, but super pleased with mating parts and finish. One item sub component was attached in reverse, —easy for me to pop it off and flip it. Absolute 5+ star! Plan to keep ordering more.

These shutters are amazing! I never write reviews but the process was perfect from beginning to end. The employee who reached out to us (Jeremy) was so helpful and responsive and was able to get us exactly what we wanted. We just installed them today. They look so high end and really elevate the space. We have one more window we want to get and will order again soon!
