This soup is very easy to make. Make sure the water is hot enough and thoroughly stirred to dissolve. The flavor is satisfying and savory. I needed break from all the protein shakes. 100% vegetarian and packed with protein. Recommend

Two stars based on portion and ease of preparing. The consistency was phelgm-like, left a coating in my mouth, and did not at all taste like broccoli soup. Taste like I'd rather get my protein from somewhere else. Sorry guys, wanted to like it especially for the price.

WON’T DISSOLVE
This soup packet would not dissolve. The texture was very grainy. The taste and texture is not worth only 15g of protein. I added cheese to help but it was still awful.
