How many baths can you take with one bottle?

I use a cap full..the bottle lasted me a month..depends on how many baths you take..but this stuff is awesome!!!

does this contain fragrance?

It contains essential oils I believe. Valerian root and hops. Each one smells different. They have sample sets with small individual trial size bottles. That would be a great way to decide which mixture was your favorite or works with you and your body. My favs are this dream away one and the lavender one. Also the arnica one for sore muscles is great after a tough workout or work day.

are they use real poppy seeds to make this red poppy bath salts?

Maybe once upon a time, but poppy seed oil is no longer listed as an ingredient.
