This book answered a lot of questions for me.

If you are looking for a general guide about starting a small business, this may be adequate for you. If poor grammar, misspelled words, and a low quality publication are correlated with content, then this is very poor. Content directly related to the subject is very general and inadequate. Most of the content appears as if it was taken directly from State guidelines and regulations.
