Was the perfect tool for the job today, my car had the engine management light on and was misfiring, the scanner read the code off straight away and suggested a lambda sensor was faulty, I used the live data function to read off the signals from the lambda sensors and sure enough one of them wasn't reading properly, i replaced the faulty lambda sensor and cleared the codes, car now runs perfect and no more warning lights. It's a very compact and useful tool to keep in the car for those quick diagnostics checks and includes a very helpful fault code lookup so when it gives you a fault code it even tells you possible causes of the fault too.

Works well..gets you the code fault to look up. Didnt let me clear it though,but genuinely good kit.

This device gave me a clear indication of why the car was throwing a check engine light and had the explanation in its onboard database (no need to go to the internet) and I now know how to fix it cheaply. Not a big deal but with a check engine light you never know what you may have wrong unless you have an OBD Scanner. Some cheaper devices cannot erase a check engine light, but this does, so finding that the fault was not a major issue I was able to safely take the car out of limp home mode using this device. Note this device will quite rightly not cancel airbag or ABS lights. These are considered so safety crucial that only a garage with a £2000 + device can erase them (after fixing the problem). A great device to have in the toolbox. A real money and time saver.

After I read the reviews and everyone saying how good it is ect.... . It was absolutely good for nothing and I wouldn’t buy it again or would I recommend this product To anybody unless they want to waste money on a piece of plastic crap Didn't pick up the fault code for parking sensors ,air bag warning light ,ABS or even resat service light .waste money on a piece of plastic . Well you can buy on Amazon Car Diagnostic OBD 2, Read&Clear, Check Engine Light Code Reader for £8,99 does a better job .

Used it on an Audi a4 2008 cabriolet with a roof fault and it was giving a clear reading even though the roof hood was not working and the dash said there was a problem?

I was a bit apprehensive not being computer literate but I shouldn't have worried, this bit of kit was simple to use, downloaded update with no problem, downloaded and printed OBD2 manual and my cars error codes, plugged in and cleared old error notifications which was the reason for buying as the continuous "Service Vehicle Soon" message and continuous pinging every time I switched on ignition was a little annoying , would definitely recommend.

Purchased for my Landover. Correctly identified errors, same as my garage's expensive reader. Also cleared the warning light. Only downside is that it does not have Landover error code descriptions, so have to look up on internet, hence 4 stars not 5. But we'll worth the money and straightforward to use after a bit of practice.

Avevo necessità di un apparecchio che mi permettesse di fare una diagnostica completa sulla mia Lancia Ypsilon 1.3 multijet del 2009. Durante la ricerca tra i vari apparecchi in vendita di svariati marchi mi sono alla fine orientato su questo che a sensazione mi è sembrato quello dal miglior rapporto qualità-prezzo. La mia intuizione si è rivelata al momento essere giusta, l' apparecchio si è mostrato essere all'altezza e ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative. E' un code reader abbastanza compatto che si può portare tranquillamente a bordo della propria auto, alla fine l'ingombro è minimo, potrebbe benissimo stare nel vano portaoggetti o meglio ancora nel bagagliaio, come nel mio caso, sistemato dentro una borsa porta attrezzi/oggetti. L' elenco delle funzioni supportate è vasto, con un pò di praticità, calma e pazienza si riesce a utilizzare lo strumento al meglio senza grossi sbattimenti. Lo strumento permette una diagnostica completa di tutti i veicoli che vanno dal 1996 fino ai veicoli più recenti.
