Radio Earpiece, Hawk Lapel Microphone, Quick Release Replacement, Earphone Connection, Fits Quick Release Adapters

I’ve had this ear piece set up for approximately 6 months. I use it daily at work. It no longer works properly, transmissions cut in and out which causes me not to be able to hear what’s being said. For the amount of money spent on this ear piece I expected better quality, that would at least last me a year. The last earpiece set I had lasted well over 6 years.
