Since I had removed as much sugar from my diet as possible, I found that I no longer required the sweetness in my food that I had been accustomed to (more like, addicted to). I was OK with protein powders not having a 'better flavor'. I've used some that tasted pretty bad but since I add it mostly to smoothies, the taste is generally disguised within the other ingredients. This whey is the most neutral tasting of all that I've tried, is the most straight-forward in terms of processing and contains the kind of whey that has been rated among the most desirable to consume to receive the benefits of a concentrated whey product. Great taste and less expensive and grass fed hormone free also. ### ⭐⭐ So I ordered this because it was organic, low-temp ... *by A***R on August 20, 2014* So I ordered this because it was organic, low-temp / flash processed (i.e.: it wasn't supposed to have lost nutrients during pasteurization), and it came from Pasture Fed cows. Although I have to be honest. While this whey definitely seeds to be raw, it doesn't have the taste I had been hoping for. Also, I'm not sure that Pasture fed = grass fed. And while I'm not someone who buys into the anti-cholesterol business, this stuff has so much cholesterol, that my heart jumps a few seconds after consuming it. Overall, I do not get the feeling this whey is as bio-active as is being claimed. In the past, on different whey concentrates, I've felt the whey in my system, lifting me up. So far, I didn't feel that.
