Bought this scissor lift to lift a 2002 Honda hornet so I could work on the swing arm/suspension. As you ca see in the photo's the movable supports fit onto two of the four sump fins that go down past the exhaust, and I secured the front wheel to the floor in my paddock stand that is bolted to the floor. The lift works perfectly and would definately recomend it. I bought this one over others I have seen on Amazon and other popular sites as it came with a safety bar that stops the lift collapsing if it fails.

Used it to lift the rear of my motorbike to remove the swingarm it was hard to find good mounting points on the bike but a couple small blocks of wood helped, make sure to have a secondary safeguard as I was wrenching I almost tipped the bike over but that's more my fault, some ratchet straps would be a good idea.Its a good tool to have if you plan on maintaining your own motorbike.

Purchased this to work on my bike and my neighbour borrowed it to try on his Harley Davidson ElectraGlide. Worked so well that he ended up buying one also. good solid platform with no flex in the unit when lifting. Two small points that I have done to better suit my needs...a small rubber pad for bikes that are too low/don't fit the two lifting points and using a ratchet-type wrench to make operating the screw lift easier.

Lifts my HD Sportster with a bit of juggling, but works great. Perfect for lifting my Speed Triple Engine back into the frame. Ideal if you haven't got space for the bigger hydraulic lifters. Good value for money.
