Awesome start to your day!
Great tool to start your day! It's simple to use and you can chose to write a lot or just a little. It really changes theoutlook of my day. One suggestion is to have the lists on the right side because I prefer to write on that side. Then the journal piece could be on the back so it was one page for each day. But i totally get the spread so you can see each day too. Overall, Love it!!

A must have for your mornings!
I have been wanting to journal for months but am always stuck on where to start and what to journal about. This journal is a great guide for getting you started each morning and helping you to live your life more intentionally.

Game changer!
This book is a game changer for my mornings! I love how it has you start your day with reflection, gratitude, and then gets you into what you need to accomplish. I would recommend this to anyone looking to improve their morning routine

Goodbye to Overwhelm, Hello to Intentionality
As a mom of small children, mornings can feel chaotic. Diapers need to be changed, breakfast needs to be distributed, fights ensue over what color bowl everyone has and I become a referee...My mornings need some form of intention or I’ll spend the morning, which leads into the rest of the day, bouncing from one urgent matter to the next. Which is why I’m thankful for Simple Morning Lists.These lists bring focus, intention, and grace into the day. This is a way to be grateful for all that you have, let go of the mindsets holding you back, and determine your top priority for the day ahead. Monumental enough to be change you, yet not overwhelming and strict.The lists can be filled out relatively quickly, especially after becoming familiar with the format and your own values as a person. I would recommend keeping Simple Morning Lists nearby throughout the day to have a quick record of your priorities and the mindsets you’re trying to develop. I believe this could help you to stop surviving and to start thriving in your actual life.

Perfect
I’ve been using this book for around a week now, and it’s perfect. I started off just using the lists, I wasn’t convinced early mornings we for me, but I’m now giving the challenge a try too! I love how simple the concept is but how much of an impact it makes on your day (even done in the evening), it’s enough to get you thinking but not so much it feels like a chore. The short essays are beautifully written, straight from the heart, and you can tell it’s all been well thought out.Physically, it wasn’t quite what I was expecting (though what I was expecting I don’t know). The book is bigger than the average notebook, so there is loads of room to write compared to what I’ve used before and is ideal. Unusually for a journal type book it is a soft paperback, I actually like how soft and floppy it is as it’s comfortable to hold and stays open nicely.I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking to create some rhythm and routine to their day
