I have always HATED goal setting. I could never think of anything to write, my ideas were too broad and I was terrified of anyone seeing them. While reading She Minds Her Own Business, I realized that goals themselves were not the problem. It was WHY I was setting them. I was always setting goals out of obligation- a homework assignment, a performance review in a job I knew would not be my end-goal career. It was never out of passion and purpose. It's amazing how natural it was for me to set goals, intentions and 5-year plans for myself and formulate ways to accomplish them with the guidance of this book. I WANT to make my vision a reality!
