CAS HanweiHanger (Nickel Finish)

I ordered the nickel finish Hanwei hangers and when I got the item it was more silver than copper looking from the display image. This isn't a big deal, I originally wanted the silver but the image was a copper looking finish. No wall anchors included just pick a few up in a hardware store for about 10 cents each. After installing them it held a Great Wave Katana perfectly in place.The only con would be they should charge more to include the wall anchors just incase you have wall board or sheetrock mounting. My wall is solid wood, but spaces apart a few inches it's hard to tell where the next solid wood piece starts unless you get a specialize reader. Beyond that i'm extremely happy with it. Very minimal looking and hides well.NOTE: The hooks have a plastic rubber surrounding it that at first glance most people would remove them thinking its regular plastic to avoid the hooks from scratching the metal, but in reality it's used to protect the Saya of a Katana from metal scratches. I removed mine with a knife by mistake since I was going to but them in another store that did not say what they included see threw plastic to avoid dining the saya. Even removed it doesnt scratch. Just pick it up like normal, not drag it over the metal while lifting.

I have no words to describe how happy I am with this purchase!!! It surprised me in a good way! I did not expect it to work so well to hang my heavy spanish sword. Before buying this, I had been to 3 different stores and had not found anything! Than I browsed on amazon for a couple of days until I finally decided for these. My sword is very well attached to the wall, but in a way it looks as it it's floating. So beautiful! I totally recommend this!

ALOT smaller than expected, barely holds a Cold Steel long sword without modification.

This item was just as advertised. I would have liked more dimesional information. They were not quite big enough for my application, but I was able to use with minor modification.
