I ordered the dark grey/grey mat. I would say it is more navy material with grey spikes.So i withered...do i try it or send it back? I have been desperate to try these mats so i thought what the heck, i can always give it away.Well...i spent the first couple of minutes shouting "those people on amazon are telling lies" and "OMG i will never get used to this". Fast forward 5 minutes and it was sheer bliss. You soon reach this euphoric high which i often get with reflexology.I have been off 30mins. Hubby has fallen asleep on it and i just feel....blissed out. So relaxing. So in short...I aint sending the blue one back because a) i don't want to wait for the other on to come and not be able to use this b) I think hubby may have claimed this one so i need one of my own c) i would prefer the grey one with white spikes as it will fit in with the colour scheme of my gym more (i know...dont laugh) and d) they are such a good price compared to other so you can afford to get two.I tried rolling the ball under my foot and its great!Get one! You will not regret it!UPDATE - Just received my second one. Hubby and I lay together on them. Just love them!

The media could not be loaded.  I can hardly believe how effective this is! It arrived the day my rotator cuff injury flared. I was in a lot of discomfort unrelieved by topical analgesic. I thought I had nothing to lose and pulled out the mat. I tried it at first with a t.shirt but decided, as would be the case with acupuncture, to use it on my skin. I kid you not 10 minutes later I got up and the discomfort had gone, I could move my shoulder and turn. My husband is a medical consultant in emergency medicine, he couldn't believe it.I have used it since for lower bank pain, it helps, the backache didn't go fully but it eased the discomfort.After using it my back and shoulders feel warm. It isn't easy lying on the prongs, but acupuncture or deep tissue massage isn't often comfortable. I recommend this if you have aches and pains, nothing to lose in my opinion.

Finally got around to trying out this product. I wore a shirt as advised to start off with. After a couple of goes I tried without a shirt. Both times were incredibly relaxing and calming. Perfect for a few minutes peace with yourself. It also helps you to realise which parts of your back you put the most weight on laying down, and to adjust to even this out. The only reason I gave four stars is because when you get up it feels as though you’re peeling your skin off, and there’s a slight burning sensation afterwards, similar to how taking a hair band that’s too tight off your wrist feels...but that’s to be expected laying on a spiked mat aha.Would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking to de-stress after work or needing a way to shut out the world for a few minutes.

Normally I’m a bit sceptical about things like this, but after torturous nights suffering with back and side pains, in addition to my sciatica, I was desperate to give something else a go. Believe me I’m no slouch and feel I’m very active through the day on my feet for my job, workout and stretching my torso as best I could to relieve the daily pain and afraid of going to bed to suffer.So when this arrived, I peeled off down to my boxers and vest and gave it a try. Not going to lie, but I was struggling with the sharpness of it all and took me a while to get accustomed to it. Within a few minutes I could feel the heat radiating in my back as I settled more into the discomfort, that gradually eased as I lay there for 20 minutes or so, watching my heartbeat go down!I wanted more, peeling off my vest and easing into position I can honestly say that session ensured I had the best sleep for months😀😄I do this naked, most nights before I go to bed and finds it helps and maybe first thing in the morning to get the adrenaline flowing and back free of the niggling pain and sit in the sofa with it!It’s more of a relief than a cure but I couldn’t be more pleased.😀😀😀😀😀😀😀😀

WOW! This mat is AMAZING!! I have scoliosis in my back and have suffered with constant back pain for as long as I can remember. I bought this for my husband but I use it more the material is a bit flimsy but the plastic studs are good quality not sure if it makes a massive difference with pain relief but you do definitely feel very relaxed after using it I like this product and maybe with more use it will make more of results on my sore shoulders

Bought this acupressure mat after a recommendation from a friend who had a similar item. Wow! The pillow is amazing. Have had a horrendously sore neck from wearing ffp3 at my work on top of already suffering from a sore neck and 10 mins on the pillow and the relief was amazing! Cannot wait to see what repeated use of the pillow and mat does for me since I cannot visit my masseuse! Paid extra to have it delivered the next day and was worth every penny!

I had surgery for spondylothesis and a knackered disc at L3/4 six months ago but have been in terrible pain ever since. I’ve tried physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, swimming, walking, osteopathy and acupuncture. Nothing seems to work so I continue to shovel down amitryptiline, codeine and paracetamol. Today I bought one of these and already I feel better!This is no cure but does seem to give some temporary relief so I’ll persevere with it.Be warned, it is very spiky but for me the discomfort of the spikes were a massive relief from the pain/ throbbing ache of my back pain.

Works ok, but give it a little time and the little discs start falling off. The discs are only glued on and they all start falling off. I would not recommend this item.

Hilft super bei Verspannungen

Die Matte ist bei mir nur gelegentlich in Gebrauch, hat aber bereits einige Familienmitglieder bei akuten Verspannungen im Rücken überzeugt.

This set is a little smaller in size than other ones. The pillow is quite uncomfortable - too hard. As for the mat, the cover keeps shifting so it doesn't line up with the foam and the prickly nubs shift over the edge. The balls are a nice addition; therefore, I'm giving this product 3 stars.
