Very bright and keeps the bulb out light off
Plugs into the factory set up. I went for years with a set that were factory for a different car and always had the Bulb out indicator caution light. These are extremely bright, which is awesome when you’re backing up at night time and trying to see where you’re going through your back up camera. Very affordable and good quality, electrical connectors, and wires. The fit is a little difficult to get the clip when you go to clip it into the Bumper holes otherwise looks really good and turns off the bulb out indicator light because it has the load resistors.

2017 VW GTI License plate light.
Worked perfect no errors and super bright. Very easy to install, plug and play and they have a factory look! Great for the price!

Much better then the OEM lights!
Easy install, plug and play, just be careful with the connectors. I saw other people’s ballast solders broke, but as long as you are gentle with the install, there shouldn’t be any issues. 2017 GTI. No errors showed up after installation. Much brighter than the OEM lights.

They can fit the mk7 Gti with some finesse
I was looking for a cheaper option to swap out the regular bulbs for the 2015 mk7 gti came with. It took a moment to get them into place properly. Although the housing for these are slightly smaller than the oem ones it stays in place and feels very secured. The only issue is the side with the tab you release to bring the housing off will be difficult to remove unless you have a pocket flathead or any small tool that fits in that small spacing. From what I've seen other reviewers say I strongly agree these are very bright, brighter than most oem ones that these cars come with (except for mine). For what the pricing is you can't go wrong with these and they do their job quite well.

One light stopped working after 1 month of use
They where simple to install and looked great when they worked however one of the lights quit working just a few weeks after install.

Good price, fast shipping and worked as it should. Just snap out the old, disconnect the factory plug, and plug these in. Just be carefull with that factory release on the plug.
