Love this pan!
I love this pan! The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because it is quite expensive for such a small pan. But, if you don't mind the cost, this pan is perfect for medium or large-sized dogs. I have a small poodle I bought this to make treats for, and I end up cutting the finished dog bone treats in half for him. Would recommend this pan!

Before filling - Must place on a tray or lid!
Makes good size treats for labs (14 months and 4 months). I have used this for frozen treats so far - mixtures of canned pumpkin, yogurt, peanut butter, etc.. This will last and I expect no tears or rips from continual use. Frozen treats easily pop out, one at a time, as needed. It is Not sturdy enough to transfer to freezer or oven without a tray of some type under it! I use a lid from a rectangular Tupperware container when I place in the freezer. The oven would be a baking pan.Today my vet recommended I give my dog 1 tablespoon of pumpkin every day - so, I placed one tbsp at each end of the bone (empty middle) to freeze. I will look for the next size down and order. One bone of this size will hold 3 tablespoons of canned pumpkin. Can fill with one tablespoon canned pumpkin, then fill with other ingredients - as a option also.

Works like a dream!
Seems a bit silly to write a review with so many positive reviews already out there, but holy puppy bones, this thing is awesome. Our East German Shepherd 6-month-old puppy has a super sensitive pupper tummy, so we make all his treats at home, using a very limited universe of ingredients. And this thing makes them look so perfectly awesome. Easy to clean, shape holds true, treats popped out super easily and no burning whatsoever. This is the best mold I’ve ever used (puppy and human food-wise). Looks straight outta a gourmet doggy bakery. Just buy it.

NOT a 3" Bone Mold
K9Cakery Silicone 10 Bone Pan, Medium does NOT produce bones that are 3 - 3 1/2 inches long. They are 2 inches. I wanted a 3 inch bone, believed the Q/A and reviews, and was disappointed. I can't say for sure, but I think Amazon might be combining Q/A & reviews for multiple K9Cakery products. If you want a larger bone, check this K9Cakery product out: http://www.amazon.com/K9-Cakery-Bone-Silicone-5-75-Inch/dp/B00KIF3IBU?ie=UTF8&psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=ox_sc_act_title_1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER

this is a great bake pan
For making anything from cookies to frozen treats, this is a great bake pan! Our fave recipe:INGREDIENTS2½ cups graham flour1 teaspoon baking powder1 cup natural peanut butter1/8 tsp cinnamon1 cup water2 tablespoons honey1 eggINSTRUCTIONSpreheat oven to 350FIn a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, and the egg. Add peanut butter, water, honey and stir until you have stiff dough. the dough becomes very firm and sticky. you may need to use your hands, or the paddle attachment on your mixer. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough about ½ inch thick. Cut pieces out and press into cookie silicon cookie tray.Bake for 20 minutes, until golden.

perfect for doggy treats
Perfect for making home made doggy treats. I break them in half for our two smaller dogs (10-15lbs each) and give a whole one to our husky. My dog treat recipe makes enough to fill up the tray twice so i'm thinking about buying another one so I don't have to keep the oven on as long. This was my first time using a silicone pan but it was really easy. I put it on a baking tray and sprayed with pam. Everything came out clean, no sticking at all and the treats held the form really well. Super easy to clean too (top shelf dishwasher)

Made homemade frosty paws!
There are recipes all over the web to make this EASILY and a lot healthier for my golden retriever. Takes a few minutes, freeze & store in a container for treats. Today I'm baking dog "bones". Again, a healthy way to go. It's up to me to supply her with health & this is my route right now. I'm not a domestic goddess just love my best friend with a pure heart of gold. The vendor is good, quality good so far & am happy. Hope this helps you. Wasn't looking for silicone & have no idea if it's good or not to be using. Just couldn't find a Stainless steel gizmo out there.

Great frozen treat!
I poured organic chicken broth halfway in each cavity and froze it. Use a small tray to keep it steady. Filled it with a mix of peanut butter and a little parsley and refroze it and it all popped out fine. Since it's like ice on the broth later it will slightly melt down when my lab puppy is biting into it but he eats it up really fast. Very cute homemade bones! I place the pan on the upper tray of the dishwasher and cleans up all the peanut butter residue easily.

Great for busy furbaby mamas + Pup’s healthier now!
Love it! I purchased them after my dog started developing allergies to food/treats. I switched her dog food and decided to make him home made treats. Now because I’m quite busy myself, I haven’t baked anything in these but I’m sure they would work great for peanut butter cookies.I have been using it for frozen treats.~ Here is what I do when I feel fancy:- boil chicken bones, chicken hearts in a 1.5 cup of water- Put the ice tray on a cutting board or baking tray (it gets tough transporting it to the fridge once it’s filled up trust me)- Assure you have enough space in the freezer as it has to lay flat- Fill the tray with chicken broth- Add a heart to each tray, or strip of chicken breast- Let it cool before transferring it to the freezer (unless you live in a rental and don’t care about the longevity of your freezer)- Let it freeze for a good few hrs- Let your dogo appreciate how good of a hooman he/she has~ If you don’t feel that fancy:- buy liver treats (Costco has them the cheapest, pure lover treat, pretty healthy substitute)- Break them in smaller pieces- Fill the tray with water and add a few pieces of liver treats in the tray- You could add organic chicken broth as well, but be mindful of the salt content~ Or:- warm up some peanut butter in the microwave (it makes it more liquid and easier to transfer to the pan)- Add some hot water and mix- Transfer to the dogo pan- Pop them in the freezer*these could be quite sticky on dogo’s tongue. Mine freaked out a bit when the frozen peanut butter treat got stuck on her tongue for a few seconds. It was a fun moment for the humans tho.>> Other comments <<- tray is very easy to clean (for frozen treats I don’t wash them after each use, because it’s always in the freezer and I make another batch right away)- The treats pop right out- The molds are very good quality and it shows in the quality of the dog treat when frozen.- Make sure you have the space for this in you freezer. Here is the dimension in case you need it (see photo also)- Tray size: 12’’ x 7.5“- Bone size: 7cm x 4cmHope this was helpful to my amazon furbaby lovers out there! ~(˘▾˘~)
