Brilliant customer service
Love this tv unit its very sturdy and looks ( I think) stylish. Not that easy to assemble but I dont think many diy things are. When I run into a spot of bother with a broken hinge I contacted customer support team, they are amazing, quick with responding, friendly and efficient and sent me out a replacement. So thank you Tom and Jodie for all your help. Would definitely recommend.

Such a shame I can’t give it more stars as it’s well built and sturdy. Unfortunately it’s very let down by the instructions and quality control.Luckily I’m quite seasoned at diy and putting furniture together as the instructions although well thought out are let down by the diagrams having not reference to fixings on them, this is further compounded by the pieces being incorrectly labelled, half of mine had the wrong stickers on. One of the end panels was missing both plastic grommets so the fixings couldn’t be attached, I improvised.The final straw was all four hinges being incorrectly pre drilled by about 2cm meaning I had to measure and re drill them.It’s together now and it looks great is sturdy and I’m happy with it, the problems with quality control not so much.

Modern TV Unit
The instructions were so difficult to read. It doesn't tell you you're building from upside down, back to front. Once it was built it was a modern TV Unit that went well with my decor. The lights were an extra bonus.

Delivery was fast and a very nice unit. However, the instructions were not clear and very hard to work out how to put it together
