Worth it!!!!
These period panties are worth it! These do not stretch they are tight around the thighs/hips (I think it's supposed to be to keep in place). Definitely keeps leaks in and protects clothing!! These aren't thick are all but they work great! Highly recommend! They kind make a swooshing noise (from material) but it's not loud to where anyone can hear it. This may be annoying to some which i completely understand along with the tightness around the leg opening but honestly they keep from leaking on any pants or shorts I wear so those 2 minor things is fine to put up with for me.

Women's Menstrual Panties
Nice variety of colors, good value for a pack of 6, excellent quality. I have purchased this item before and they lasted several years with machine washing and drying, and still fit perfectly with no shrinking. Daughter says they are comfortable and she hasn't had any leak through, they wash well and are extremely practical to have for a teen on her period. I was actually thinking of getting myself some to try out for incontinence. Good quality, I definitely recommend.

Great for back up leakage protection
First pairs of period panties and I must say I’m impressed. I wore with other period protection (my intentional use for these is back up leakage protection), and can say that where other products may have leaked, this one did not. Even with slight urinary incontinence (when I sneeze, laugh), it holds up. I love the variety of colors it comes in. I’ve only washed once upon arrival. The colors held fast. I ordered based on my true panty size, and the fit is good. The only downside is they are a little tight in the leg/groin area, as there is no stretch in the seamed area, but not unbearable. I tried one pair for one full 16-hour day, and I did not notice any cutting, irritation or discomfort from the tighter fit in the leg. Day 4 was the same. I’m glad I chose this brand and will recommend wearing for back up leakage. I cannot rate based on being a solo period panty.

Worth it!!
Would buy again! Very absorbent and feel like regular underwear. I didn't notice any "crinkly" sounds like other reviews have mentioned and they don't leak. I found one tiny spot during a heavy time, but it wasn't even enough to get on anything else. I wasn't using anything else to really test them the first couple days and they held up as good as any pad, but more comfortable. Can't believe I waited so long to buy some

So Disappointed
Maybe after reading the reviews I got my hopes up. If I could I would return this product. So these undies do not hold liquid as described. The material obsorbs the liquid but it feels like you're wearing a wet cloth diaper afterwards and leaks onto your clothes. The liner sounds like there's a plastic insert between the outside of the panty and the inside of the panty which is probably why the liquid leaks onto your clothes. You'd be better off wearing a poise pad which keeps the liquid or wetness away from your skin. The other issue was the sizing. I ordered the large which should have fit perfectly but fell short. As many reviews suggested you should order a size up should you decide to take a chance. The material stretches but not enough to compensate for being undersized. I'll wear these around the house on weekends and stick to the poise light days pads during the week. I was really really looking forward to using these but noooo way would I travel in these.

I honestly don't know how I lived without these
My husband bought me a set of these as a Christmas gift (weird gift, I know), and I absolutely loved them so much that I bought another set right away. They are light and comfortable. I can not stress enough that THEY DO NOT FEEL LIKE A DIAPER! They literally just feel like you are wearing regular underpants. They do seem to run just a little bit big, so I did go down a size on the set I bought myself and they are perfect.I have a pretty heavy flow, due to some hormonal issues and fertility drugs, and I don't worry about these leaking at all. I would however suggest that you buy a couple of sets if you also have a heavy flow, as you will need to change them a couple times a day (but still far less often than a pad). They clean up well, and I have found that a quick rinse with some cold water when changing them has helped to prevent too much staining. The only tiny leak I did have came right out with a little peroxide and cold water. That said, they did not come with care instructions and I had to reach out to their customer support to get that information, but they were quick to respond and very helpful. If you are curious they said: Machine gentle or hand wash in cold water; hang dry or air dry, no heat dry. They do not come with a wet bag, and I highly recommend that you purchase one as it let you wait until you have several pairs to have to launder them. In addition, a wet bag will also help to prevent stains from drying and setting before you can clean them. A small wet bag would also be great to keep in your handbag incase you need to change them when you are away from home.If you buy these you will not regret it, but full disclosure I also use a menstrual cup with them from time to time (mainly when out of the house), and also keep some reusable pads on hand for when I don't have access to a pair for whatever reason (out of the house, emergency, doing laundry, etc.).
