This is the perfect first up gaming computer. Simple to set up and runs all of the programs and games you can play

PC Tower ok
I have order the product, but only the pc tower came. Note that you need to change the SATA in bios in order to recognise the SSD and you need to make a bootable usb to install windows. Customer service was good and fast enough to refund the balance for the missing items

Five star product with a five star service!
I purchased the PC Gaming station for my daughter and the set up was exactly as advertised. It looks fantastic and my daughter was very happy. The customer service from Vibox is in my view one of the best I have experienced. They dealt with my query very quickly and offered further advice which has been invaluable. The code for the free game was sent very quickly. If you are looking for your first gaming PC with a 5 star customer service then look no further than Vibox. They make you feel valued as a customer which is very rare. I will be purchasing more upgrades in the future and have already recommended this company to friends and work colleagues.

Awful
Bought this as a Christmas present for my son and it will not do anything. Downloads are ridiculously slow and it can’t handle most of the games he wants to play. If you want to play fortnite,apex legends, minecraft multiplayer or stream vr and multiplayer pc games stay well away!
