when the product stopped working the seller promptly sent another one right away. I have never experienced such excellent service in my life. they now have a life time customer.

I couldn't even finish my first project before the engine burned out on me the battery life was only like 5 minutes and it suck update they offered to send me a replacement and they try to do so but they're incompetent sent it to the wrong state they offered me a refund or wait for another device I told them I can wait and it's been almost a few months since I got any updates since then so be wary dealing with these people

Super happy the power supply went out on my original purchase. The company got in touch with me and replaced the whole product and have had no problems. Very happy customer and loved the customer service and the fact that they wanted to make this right. Definitely will purchase more items from this company they back their products 100%

This is a total piece of husk l junk I should have listened to the poor reviews. I used it for about 5 minutes and it just stopped. Put it in the charger thinking maybe it was dead nope it had 3/4 charge let it charge to full. Still dead. It just stopped dead. Total waste off money. I roll it apart hoping it was just a loose wire nope nothing I could see on the motor or batteries so now it's garbage. Do not buy this one. Update: Chantpower has reached out to me saying they have a recall on some of their rotary tools and they are issuing me a full refund.

I used this about 3 or 4 times and is a very powerful grinder for small projects. I havent used it in about a month or so and went to turn it on and worked for about 30 seconds and then died. I figured maybe batteries needed a charge since they have been in drawer for over a month. After charging most of the day it still wont turn on. The lights flash and battery indicator shows full but alas motors are no bueno. I mean it cost only an Jackson plus few dollars so i guess i shouldnt have expected too much. Next time i'll splurge a little more and get something better Update: Seller reached out and gave me a refund. I thought that was an excellent move on their part and will definitely reorder updated item as they did admit that the item was defective and being recalled.

Because it's battery operated I wasn't sure there would be enough power...but It has plenty enough for me to do what I want. Once charged the battery Lasts a suffucient amount of time.

This cordless drill its very good !the battery last for quite a while, this product it's very similar to the Dremel drill ,a good quality product.

I just expected it to be a little bit better at least but you get what you pay for it Extremely Loud it whines and it shatters and binds up it gets hot very quickly very easily like so hot you cannot use it turn vibration on it and forget about doing anything with any glass Greg has if you want to drill holes or let some kid use it for grinding on bicycles with something it's okay as I said you get what you pay for I'll just buy a real Dremel
