Plated Sterling Silver Halo Stud Earrings set with Round Cut Infinite Elements Cubic Zirconia, (previously Amazon Collection)

These little guys know how to glitter. Cornered and downtrodden, I had forgotten to get my girlfriend a birthday present gift. Low on funds and desperate to get her something that would hold her over till Christmas, I decided to browse Amazon. These little guys popped up for less than $40, and the quality of the crystal is probably the real reason that I bought them! Swarovski is a name people recognize, so even if the gift is a little smaller, the brand name helps offset the size. And the quality of the crystal is great since its been know to compete with diamond for shine. These things catch and reflect light in any setting, dim or a bright fall day! She loves them! Now that she's worn them a few times I have some other things to say. 1) I am still alive, her ears have not turned green :). I realize it was probably foolish to buy them first and think allergies later, yes, I know I have problem, and yes I'll post if I ever get help for said problem, but the coating encases any lesser metals and makes these a great pair of earrings for a great price. 2) the gift box that they came in was perfect for gifting, I tossed it in a bag with some tissue paper. And there's even a little paper "certificate" cutout that's about an inch each side and says Swarovski. All in all a great buy! PS. It will fit in your mailbox, that's where mine was delivered when I bought it by itself.

This pair of Platinum Plated Sterling Silver Swarovski Zirconia Round Cut Halo Stud Earrings are so very beautiful--they are very much a eye catcher--love the halo surrounding the center stone--earrings are not over the top big while still making a nice showing-- looking like the real thing (diamonds)--they have a lot of sparkle--sit very nice on ear, with no sloping downward--Love That. Earrings are made with a flat back with no bulk allowing to sit perfect on ear lobe. I have to be honest I purchased this pair of earrings for son's GF--but when I opened the box fell in love and she will get a bracelet LOL--now I know I am not unique in this. Right? :) This is Christmas Gift to ME from ME--OMG--I will be so happy surprised LOL These are the perfect earrings for dressing up to a party, weddings, etc.--or as casual with jeans. Beautiful earrings. I have many Swarovski Zirconia pieces from the Amazon Collection and they are all gorgeous. The stones sparkle with so many facets. What I especially like about these earrings is that they fit flat against your ear. I don't like high profile settings with extra metal. These have a 3-prong Martini-style setting, which is ideal and harder to find. This setting is minimalist and is made to showcase the stone. Other types of settings (crown especially) can push the earring too far forward and cause it to droop. The size is perfect. Not small, and not huge and gaudy. They are classy, and fine for everyday wear. I used to save these kinds of earrings for special occasions, but why not use them to add a little sparkle to casual outfits? They appear to be well-made. The setting is sturdy. If the posts ever break off, I'll update this review, but so far, so good. The backs are stamped with "925" and "CHINA."

After I lost half of my favorite pair of diamond earrings, I shopped around for a practical replacement that I could wear daily without fear of losing. These earrings are nice. I didn't realize they are pretty large for a set of stud earrings. My ear lobes aren't huge, so the size of these earrings sometimes causes them to droop a little. They are very flat on the back part that touches your ear, so maybe that's why, or maybe the backing a just need to be tightened or replaced. The dropping is not very noticeable, but I'm always touching my ears, so I notice when these are a little loose. It's an easy fix. These are a very lightweight set of earrings. They are sparkly and shiny and look nice as an everyday set of earrings, though on the more formal side of casual, as they are larger than your typical set of diamond studs. They also look great with more formal outfits. I don't know that they pass as real diamonds because of the size. But I've had them a while and they haven't did colored or tarnished as a lot of costume jewelry does, so that's a good indication of their quality. If say go ahead and buy these because they are a great bargain.

Quality and sparkle of stone lives up to Swarovski reputation and hopefully will stand the test of time. The center stone is the size of a standard pencil eraser; the pave stones around the edge obviously add extra size. I measure total diameter to be 7/16" - for me, it's perfect! They are designed to lay fairly flat against the ear lobe, unlike so many studs that have "high" settings. I think they are very lightweight given their size (probably because they don't have the high crown), but definitely NOT flimsy. I did change the backings to the type with the silicone disc to provide extra support on my ears - and now they lay absolutely flat against ear lobes; exactly what I wanted. (I have a fair collection of the D...que brand from TV network, and these definitely area as good as, quite possibly better than those, IMHO!) Update: In case you're still considering these, I've had several people compliment these, and ask if they were family antiques, because of the style. I was tempted to say yes, but resisted. (LOL)

These are the perfect size and have just the right sparkle. They really look amazing! I wear them almost everyday. I also have the gold and they too look amazing.

Whether you are dressing up for date night or just running errands around town, this is a simple, beautiful and versatile earrings would be a perfect additional to your jewelry collection. The only negative thing I can say is the posts seem a little long and during certain movements (laying head on my pillow) would cause the costs to dig into my head. It's not a big deal whatsoever b/c I would just take off the earrings. But that just goes to show how comfortable/hypoallergenic the earrings are that's why I forget to remove them when I go to sleep. I would definitely buy it again for family and friends.

サイズを見ていなかったので、 箱を開けて、大きめなのに驚きました。 耳に着けると大きさ故に、存在感があります。 スワロフスキージルコニアですが、 大きいのが一個だけなので、 そんなに華やかさは感じません。 存在感はあるものの、派手ではないです。 台座が安っぽいかな、とも思いますが、 価格を考えると妥当ですね。 箱に入ってきますが、箱の高級感は無く、 可もなく不可もなくと言った感じです。 若い女性より、 ある程度の年齢の女性が似合いそうです。 中国製でした。
